Real good - they have a ton of business apps and webware - check them out - you might find something great and lower pricing than the market leaders.

easy to use and HUGE value for the money

Cons

can be clunky - could use better data tools - but they are consistent in upgrading the platform

Pues tuve la oportunidad de integrarlo desde 0 cuando estaba de sales manager en una app de delivery y siento que lo que me agrada más es su facilidad de personalización y adaptabilidad a los modelos de negocios.

Cons

Diría que algo que limita un poco su usabilidad en términos de integración por API con otras herramientas es que muchas de estas son exclusivas de Zoho y por lo tanto son más especializadas, en unos casos incluso están en fase beta.

Pros

Two things I liked the most about Zoho CRM is the AI powered Sales Assistant Zia which has helped me analyze quicker and second the way I was able to Analyze and find a pattern on my member's interaction at multiple touchpoints

Cons

I was not able to perform a lot of customization probably because I have not explored all the customizations that is possible.

To the best of my knowledge, Zoho CRM has a unique feature, which is an artificial intelligence known as Zia that can analyze future sales trends and trends in general. ​

We have noted that switching between two different modules is not easy and may sometimes even appear imprecise, especially if it is being done by a novice.

At an unbeatable price and with no hidden charges we get to enjoy its intuitive UI and sturdy features. During implementation and deployment of Zoho CRM I realized that the migration of our customer,sales and business data from our then solution to Zoho CRM happened soo effortless and with just a few clicks we were done. Even while an of our teams is working remotely, Zoho CRM ensures that there are no challenges of accessing customer information. It ensures boundless access to customer data at any time from their mobile devices and that way it keeps them on the go to continue with business proceeds and close those deals. Zoho CRM brings the two main business processes into a single place ie customers and sales management which has enabled us to optimize these operations meaningfully. Pros

Zoho is a very professional platform in my opinion. It makes a few years now that I use this service for my business. I love their email service because I have been able to set it up the way I like for ease of use on a daily basis.

Cons

There is indeed something that I don't like which is receiving Spams and ZOHO don't give us the option to block those IPs or email address who send spams.

Pros

One of the things I liked most about Zoho CRM is how easy it is to navigate. The layout is clean and intuitive, making it simple to find what you need without getting lost in a sea of tabs and options. I really appreciated the level of customization available. You can tailor it to fit your business needs, from adding custom fields to adjusting the sales pipeline stages. It feels like it’s built for you, not just a one-size-fits-all solution. Compared to other CRM options out there, Zoho is pretty budget-friendly. It offers a ton of features without breaking the bank, which is a huge plus for small businesses or startups. love that Zoho CRM plays nice with other apps. Whether it’s connecting to email, calendar, or other software tools, it makes my workflow a lot smoother. Plus, the automation features save me a lot of time!

Cons

I found the reporting tools a little basic for my needs. I’d love to see more advanced analytics options to really dive into the data and get insights.

I am using this Software since last 1 year and we are also renewing for the next year as well because all our work is not automated just because of Zoho crm right from Marketing automation activities assigning leads to salespeople and in depth dashboard separately for sales and marketing teams with AI based insights as well.

Pros

I liked the dashboard analytics and AI features in the Zoho CRM, almost all the things have been automated by this crm software which are necessary to run your business and the solution price is also moderatte one not too low and not too high and customer support is also good.

Cons

User experience on mobile app can be better and they can reduce the pricing for the each add on feature

If you absolutely can't use another CRM, then go with this, I guess, but be aware that it will be a very long process to learn to use it.

Pros

I have nothing to share, I genuinely dislike everything about this CRM. The abundance of things overwhelm a first time user.

Cons

Organization, ease of use in general and the incredible abundance of functions that offers that are just there... It seems the sky is the limit but the most basic stuff it does wrong. You want a simple template that shows all relevant information for a client without fishing every corner of the screen for it or going away of the initial page to get all the relevant data. Seriously don't recommend.
