Cons

This product does not make appointment setting easy to get to the next call. There are way too many steps for something that should be just a couple of clicks.

### "New in to ZoHo"

New in to ZoHo I had some problems to sort out the connection structures, between the different types like Leads, Contacts etc. Would have helped if I read some info or watched some instructions before diving head in. I like the system. Feels modern. I love the looks of it. Lots of air and white. Not always the restrictions in the layout though.

Pros

The looks. Lots of air and white. Perfect. Unstressful environment! Soft. Almost to slow in the reaction when you save etc, but just almost. Just nice!

Cons

Not always logical to me why (if you for instance make a mistake), if you turn a Lead into Account, you can't undo. Also I can't find the exact same fields for different types. At least not yet. Restrictions in the layouts (some fields I would like not to see, which I have to see) do not apply with the awesome clear looking layout.

Pros

Zoho is a really really flexible app. You can easily adapt your processes to the Zoho. You can easily establish with the unrelated people in the organization. They can start to use it immediately. Therefore, it enhance the company know-how. I couldn't write down all of the strong properties of the ZOHO, but honestly it is the best.

Cons

I think there is no bad property about zoho, but if I have to say something, this application could provide more property within the system. It is too lean. But it is also a strong side of this application.

Pros

They have free version up to enterprise. The free version suits most small businesses needs.

This is a very easy to use CRM and perfect for people looking to try one or start small and scale up.

Pros

The features in this CRM are amongst the best in the class yet the price is so sensible that small businesses can afford to use it. It integrates nicely into the wider Zoho range of products and helps automate many areas of the business in addition to sales and marketing.

Cons

To get the most from Zoho CRM you probably need to work with an implementation partner as the software is vast.

Zoho has been the one solution that worked for us in price and functionality.

Pros

It is so hard to find a decent CRM that does what you want without over complicating things and staying inside a decent price. Zoho was able to do that for us after we tried nearly everything else available in our price range. I wish we had tried Zoho early on.

Cons

The mobile app could be improved for better data manipulation, but I haven't had too much that I've felt could be improved.

It's better than spreadsheets, and it's cheap. So it does what it needs to do, but it's not top tier in any way

Pros

The cost. You get a very powerful tool for a small expense. Zoho is perfect for new companies that aren't ready for Hubspot or SFDC, but still need to capture and track contact data until they are ready for a real CRM

Cons

It's a glorified GUI for a database. It's not pretty, intuitive, or easy to use. Ironically, it doesn't integrate well with other Zoho products

Really and uninspired software that could be alot more.

Pros

Simple basic interface, maybe too simple. Fast to load and access.

Cons

The search functionality is not very robust and you must know the exact title of something or it will never find it. Saving is also difficult while it should autosave while you work.

Free but you get what you pay for. No customer service and run into a lot of issues with integration with other products its supposed to work with even other Zoho products that are paid for.

Pros

Free version. Ease to manually add a contact.

Cons

No customer service. Transferring data in csv format. Integrates badly with Zoho forms, gmail, google calendar and mail chimp.

Free and thought the data transfer would be easy

Pros

Zoho is very easy and quick to customise and generally easy to use - very easy to handle multiple currencies too which has been an issue in the past for me with other CRM systems, easy to define reports and new dashboards - I also use the Outlook Plugin which is great for adding email history etc and also use the mobile app and zoho leads capture for scanning business cards at events etc

Cons

Not had any real issues with it to be honest as yet

Pros

I like that this software is Extremely configurable and flexible. It has the ability to conform to the needs of business and work like we work. It's robust dashboard is definitely one of the highlights.

Cons

This software, while powerful and configurable is, at some times, difficult to navigate and setup. They do have a very expansive help system which I made use of extensively.

Does not appear to have option to create folders to help organize and archive email messages. Would be great if they had chat support.

I like the CRM program specifically that it easily integrates with other programs such as Mail Chimp. I can easily access client info

Pros

I’ve been using Zoho for over 10 years for my Music Studio management. I send out invoices, accept payments, send reminders, attach documents and so much more! I utilize the tax receipt logging program as well as keep up with my mileage through the Mobil app. I’ve also reviewed several programs specific to my industry, but have maintained my business with Zoho as they offer more features.

Cons

Not much. Only thing I can say is I consistently input the country (USA) incorrectly when logging in a new client. I think I’m the drop down it’s U.S.A and if you don’t put it correctly it gets kicked out.

Customer followup and lead conversion.

Pros

1\. Lots of integrations including sms which makes easy to communicate with customers, in multiple channels. 2. Zoho CRM API gives privilege to update or create new entries directly from our company website and backend panel. 3. Automatic workflow rules are the most helpful, which can trigger communication to customers at specific intervals with lots of filtering options. 4. We are able to manage whole business running from one central platform. 5. Lots of customization options are available.

Cons

Few areas like workflow rules are little difficult to configure.

The integration with our Project Management System is definitely a time saver. The ability to change the status in a work order helps everyone internally see where the project is, as far as progress. The work order can easily be sent to billing so there is no lapse in invoicing the client.

Pros

The ease of converting a quote to a work order. The different statuses available in the work order. The email notifications sent when I change the owner on a work order. It also integrates with our PMS so when I receive the deposit on a work order, it enters the project into our PMS.

Cons

When setting up a work order, you have to enter a new product unless it's worded exactly as the previous product that has been used and has the same hourly rate.

Been using it for years and for the most part I couldn’t run my company without it.

Pros

Sending out invoices on the spot by email at the moment of the service being performed allows me to get paid quicker and saves a ton on postage.

Cons

The only detriment would be the few times there is a mixup with the App Store charging me and not having ZOHO show the credit that in turn brings my account to a free account that I can not then send new invoices until issue is settled.

If you are just starting out and want to learn what's entailed in database/email marketing, Zoho is the way to go!

Pros

Great for new companies looking to begin their database marketing efforts. No complaints as this was free to us and my team needed some sort of solution to get us going!

Cons

The email templates were old and the experience itself was not that great, but campaigns were able to be executed and at no cost at all, this was an overall win.

great program at a very great pricing structure

Pros

I used this for over a year until my company changed internal processes and was forced to change. The service was stellar and product was very solid

Cons

I recall having issues with the setup of Microsoft Exchange and needing to change website code to allow this to work. Since that was outside of my department I had to wait until the changes were made. Not sure if that was on ZOHO or our internal people.
