Meh - I know we wouldn't use it again but it was comprehensive.

Pros

The ability to integrate everything into one place from CRM to Doc management to social it was nice

Cons

UGH! They roll out changes to their platform and notify no one at all. Then things become unusable, non functional, or disconnected and that's not sensible.

Dishonest people, They just wasted time tool 3 weeks to respond and than told me it was passed due. if it wasn't upfront 1 year payment i would move my company, i will probably move to somewhere else as soon as times up.

marketplace has lots of integration options

Cons

too much tabs, unnessary steps, untrained support staff don't know much and always have to refer to somebody else. One of them accepted to honor refund as per their terms and condition within 30 days, and then wasted 3 weeks to response only to be told it is passed the 30 days.

1\. Facebook ads lead form disconnected multiple times without any reason. 2. Lead doesn't show up in real-time, meaning it takes a couple of minutes or hours to show on the CRM.

Also a thing that i like about zoho is that it integrates seamlessly with a wide range of third-party applications which allows us to connect various systems and helps in enhancing overall productivity.

Cons

So far, I don't have any dislike about Zoho CRM but a thing i would like to add on is that some features are not easy to implement it requires some time and learning, which could be a challenge for new users and businesses with limited resources. Also the free and lower-tier plans offer basic functionality, which might not be sufficient for growing businesses.
