Overall, Zoho fits our needs well and the workflows and custom nature of the CRM are great, but also leads to it being complicated to manage. Reports is incredibly difficult to use to find the correct data as well.

Pros

The best part is how customizable Zoho is. We are able to design the software to fit our very specific needs, and it can be different for each of our separate teams. We use the workflows all the time to get data into the CRM.

Cons

With most customizable products, you also get a product that is a little more complicated and less easy to use. That is true with Zoho as well.

We have decided to change to ClaritySoft CRM. Zoho didn't provide understanable support; even for what shoud have been a simple fix.

Pros

Easy navigation and great for task management. Great price. Population of fields is still seamless.

Cons

Have found that the support is not good. Upon my last inquiry, I couln't understand the rep and I speak two languages.

I really liked Zoho CRM’s user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate even for first-time users. I also appreciated how customizable it is, allowing me to tailor modules, fields, and workflows to fit our specific business processes. The automation features, like workflows, email alerts, and task reminders, helped streamline sales and marketing activities. I found the reporting and analytics tools very useful, providing real-time dashboards and detailed reports for data-driven decisions.

Cons

While Zoho CRM has many strengths, I found some aspects less intuitive. The learning curve for advanced features and complex automation can be steep, especially for new users. Occasionally, the system can feel a bit slow when handling large volumes of data.

Zoho CRM made it easy to manage our Sales pipeline by providing a structured view of leads/deals, plentiful integration options, out of the box analytics and a helpful support team. a great choice for a small - medium organization.

Cons

Heavy customization or integration with other Zoho/third party applications can be difficult and time consuming to implement , making complex workflows difficult to recreate for initial config. There is a lack of AI features compared to other options like Salesforce or Hubspot.
