It gives you a lot of information about how your Instagram account is doing and is numbers rich

It's an amazing tool and I found it after researching so many options for Instagram analytics and they were the perfect tool with very good packages.

Pros

The tool is very easy to use and you can easily track and growth for all your clients in one clear dashboard. The tool also gives alot of insights into your Instagram followers which is very helpful and useful.

Cons

Detailed reports requires facebook admin privileges but I think this is because of Facebook.

SmartMetrics helps to track your performance on IG. Without a metrics tools it is not see easy to see if you are on the right track, this tool really helps to perform better.

Pros

Extensive charts that fulfull almost any need Very quick and helpful support

Cons

I found some (minor) bugs in charts, but they were fixed very quickly, well done!

Overall i think its good for what they charge and I like that the response time on support is fast. They are eilling to take advice and make changes as needed.

Pros

I like the fact that it is strictly analytics for instagram. They have more then most of the other companys for a reasonable price. Most of the analytics they offer are very different from what you may see on other platforms and they have a scheduled export feature which is pretty cool. The ability to customize your desired date range makes this alot easier when trying to report. Also the fact that it tells you lost followers in addition to the ones gained as well as the average. Customer service is great!

Cons

Back to the scheduling feature. I really wish they would allow me to schedule a custom export. In my case I need a report exported every 4 weeks that shows me analytics from the past 4 weeks. My clients pay on a per 4 week basis. It is very time consuming to have to schedule out every time i need to go on and export things for my clients versus having it sent to my inbox the day I need it. In addition, the time zone seems to be a little off because it shows i post 3 photos and 1 video when in reality i posted 2 photos and 2 videos. Which makes that function usless amd confusing to my clients.

Pros

Smartmetrics was GREAT for what we used it for here in office! Our main use was for growth of followers over all, and specifically the hourly time stamps of when we were gaining/losing

Cons

This product was great! No complaints, only reason we are stopping is I was paying for the use myself, not our team, and I am leaving the team to pursue another career!
