Pros

Haven't used a whole lot of other workforce management programs, but PeopleSoft seems to offer everything we need.

Cons

Have not used a whole of other workforce management programs. The only thing I'd say is it can be quite complicated for an average user to set up the financials for payroll.

The program allows for relatively easy access to important employment documents and its easy enough to upload documents/make necessary changes.

Cons

Oracle is klunky, not user friendly, and fails often.

It isn't marketed as aggressively as it once was, however, I don't think that Oracle has another solution that is so tightly integrated with PeopleSoft HCM. I do wish that they would pay more attention towards enhancing and investing in this product.
