We have users with MacOS, ChromeOs and of course Windows and it's working fine on all of them. The best of all is the support, if we run into any issues I get an email in like 5 minutes and maybe another 15 minutes for a solution. It's incredible. Cons Only cons I can think if is that it's not making screenshots on Chrome OS, but I totally understand that not many users using it anyway. Review Source NA Naheed A. SCREENish has helped us identify a lot of situations that we probably would not have caught otherwise, especially when reviewing unusual activity or possible attempts to manipulate recorded work time. It gives us visibility into what is happening without having to constantly monitor everyone manually. The app has genuinely made managing a remote team much easier for us, and we’re very thankful to have it. I would definitely recommend SCREENish to companies managing remote employees or contractors. It has been a very valuable tool for our team. Pros Honestly, it’s hard to count how many cases we’ve been able to identify because of SCREENish. It has helped us catch unusual activity, people trying to game the system, and other compliance issues that would have been very difficult to notice otherwise. The screenshots, activity tracking, and other monitoring features give us a much clearer picture of what is actually happening during recorded work hours. We’re really thankful for SCREENish because it has become a very useful part of how we manage our remote team. Cons I don’t have much to complain about. SCREENish is constantly evolving, and I really appreciate that the team continues to think about how they can improve the system and add useful features. Not only is the program outstanding and user friendly, but the customer service is unlike anything we have today for the online world. I have used other programs for our company and this one is a money saver. Customer service is outstanding. The program has features that I have never seen with any other programs I have used for tracking time/staff/payroll for a remote office. I never give reviews but this program is too awesome. With Screenish my project managers are able to be more accountable over their remote teams. Screenish provides screen capturing and time logging so we don't have to worry about being taken advantage of...instead we focus more on work and less on administrative tasks. Used the software for: ### "Perfect system to what I need" January 10, 2017 5.0 I had spent about two weeks looking for an app to track my outsource team and when I found Screenish, not only did they help me with the setup but also help me in understanding on the uses of the functions. It is simply amazing and not just that, they work with me to make sure I get the most out of my experience and the usage of the program. A good looking and easy to use design is also a plus.
