We have users with MacOS, ChromeOs and of course Windows and it's working fine on all of them. The best of all is the support, if we run into any issues I get an email in like 5 minutes and maybe another 15 minutes for a solution. It's incredible. Cons Only cons I can think if is that it's not making screenshots on Chrome OS, but I totally understand that not many users using it anyway. Review Source NA Naheed A. Not only is the program outstanding and user friendly, but the customer service is unlike anything we have today for the online world. I have used other programs for our company and this one is a money saver. Customer service is outstanding. The program has features that I have never seen with any other programs I have used for tracking time/staff/payroll for a remote office. I never give reviews but this program is too awesome. With Screenish my project managers are able to be more accountable over their remote teams. Screenish provides screen capturing and time logging so we don't have to worry about being taken advantage of...instead we focus more on work and less on administrative tasks. It helps me a great deal with the time management, schedules and project organization. And also does the accounting for me, which is very helpful. Used the software for: ### "Perfect system to what I need" January 10, 2017 5.0 I had spent about two weeks looking for an app to track my outsource team and when I found Screenish, not only did they help me with the setup but also help me in understanding on the uses of the functions. It is simply amazing and not just that, they work with me to make sure I get the most out of my experience and the usage of the program. A good looking and easy to use design is also a plus.
