It has freed up a lot of time previously spent manually repricing products that had to be looked at daily to stay ahead. Pros The software can handle complex pricing rules, by brand, category, product and competitor. Anything it can't handle out of the box the BlackCurve team are on hand to make sure it works the way you need it to. Cons Can take a little getting used to the rules and navigation, a small learning curve to BlackCurve. Pros Really good in the automation of pricing rules and checking price competitiveness in the market. Has helped us enormously increase sales and profitability. Cons UI sometimes could do with an update however, Blackcurve are proactive on updating and making changes which have a positive impact on the user. Managing a large catlog of items pricewise can be a pain and i was finding myself stuck in a rather infuriating loop. The ability to predefine rules, to be actioned when certain criteria is met has freed up our time to be better focused on other aspects of ecommerce, while also increasing sales has been a great addition to our company. Pros Freeing up time and resources to focus on other aspects of the business, having the ability to manage a large catalog of prices on pre defined rules via automation. Cons Wouldnt class it as a massive con, but the UI of the program portal was slightly confusing to navigate at the outset, however all problems were addressed with a call, and bearing in mind the company is still relatively young i have no doubt that everything will become simpler as they move along.
