Pros The possibility to integrate the platform with different CMS via API, in our case we have successfully managed even if with some difficulty to integrate it with Coremedia, Wordpress and Adobe Experience Manager. The company also provides efficient customer service and support in order to face technical issue or customization. Cons The user interface is very basic and the advanced features for content management especially images and videos editing is not enough. Even web link sharing options do not offer advanced options and personalization. Prima di adottare la piattaforma, la gestione dei dati di prodotto era frammentata su numerosi file Excel, con alto rischio di errore. THRON ci ha permesso di centralizzare tutto in un unico hub, garantendo che le informazioni e gli asset siano sempre allineati su tutti i touchpoint aziendali (sito web, e-commerce, ecc.). Questo ha portato a un notevole aumento dell'efficienza operativa. Gestendo un catalogo multibrand molto ampio e complesso, trovo che la piattaforma gestisca bene la mole di dati, anche se l'unica area di miglioramento che segnalo riguarda le funzionalità di caricamento massivo dei dati prodotto, che potrebbero essere rese ancora più comode per chi ha strutture dati articolate come la nostra. Il vantaggio principale è la centralizzazione: finalmente abbiamo un unico punto di riferimento per la gestione dei prodotti e dei relativi dati, il che ci permette di allineare automaticamente le informazioni su tutti i nostri touchpoint (sito web, e-commerce, ecc.). Questo ci ha reso molto più efficienti, permettendoci di eliminare la confusione generata dalla gestione di tanti file Excel sparsi e non aggiornati. Avere una "unica fonte di verità" per i dati e gli asset è fondamentale per il nostro lavoro quotidiano. Cons Mi piacerebbe esistesse un metodo ancora più comodo e fluido per il caricamento massivo dei dati prodotto. Uno dei punti di forza è la possibilità di avere un’unica fonte aggiornata: si riducono duplicazioni, si evita di utilizzare versioni non corrette e diventa più semplice trovare e riutilizzare i contenuti. La gestione tramite metadati e la ricerca aiutano parecchio nella quotidianità, soprattutto quando il numero di materiali cresce. Nel nostro caso THRON ha migliorato anche la collaborazione tra chi produce contenuti e chi li pubblica sui canali, con un flusso più lineare e maggiore controllo sull’aggiornamento dei materiali. È una soluzione completa, adatta a contesti strutturati e a cataloghi in evoluzione: con un minimo di configurazione iniziale si ottengono benefici concreti in termini di efficienza e coerenza. Tobia ha capito subito come lavoriamo, non si è limitato alle risposte standard, ha individuato i punti fragili dei nostri flussi e ci ha suggerito configurazioni interne alla piattaforma che, senza esagerare, ci hanno fatto risparmiare ore di attività ripetitive. Nessuna teoria astratta, solo indicazioni concrete che hanno avuto un impatto reale. Pros La struttura è ordinata, l'UX si muove esattamente come ci si aspetta (questo è un pregio), le performance sono costanti.
