Pros: Flexibility, completness, user friendly, integration, great set of API /Web services
Overall: The greatest advantages are completeness, truly it has everything we need, the flexibility, the great usability (we never had somthing similar); We got rid of another software that was difficult to adapt and with limitations; the support is fantastic.
Recommendations to other buyers: I suggest to try it; it was not so easy to find them (less advertising that other competitors, I think) but as quality and price I don't see equal; they are absolutly great
Pros: It is very helpful for a company with multiple shift schedule. The manager is primary responsible for checking the staffs attendance and HR does not need to individual tracking since they can view it directly to portal.
Cons: Since you have to access it online, log-on/out time is based on the computer reference time. We have to ensure that employee cannot directly manipulate the time setting for security purposes.
