Reporting needs improvement though. Pros Most everyone can easily login and use to enter their time. Can also be used to "punch in" and "punch out" and not just enter manually. Also easy to go in and approve time and sign off on employee time cards. Cons The reporting tools (including canned reports) are archaic and difficult to muddle through. The manager is primary responsible for checking the staffs attendance and HR does not need to individual tracking since they can view it directly to portal. Cons Since you have to access it online, log-on/out time is based on the computer reference time. We have to ensure that employee cannot directly manipulate the time setting for security purposes. You can also have track of employees who is working remotely and also employee can see all the details and upload the document which is required for leave. Pros This is very helpful as an manager I can say it reduce the effort , time and paper work. With the help of this we have all the employee data related to their attendance , absences, Leave , Leave doc, Shift information and also we can easily approve it with one click only. It is easy to use so all the team member use it to see their records and other information related to attendance, leave, project on which they are working , even they easily mark their attendance or apply for leave when they work remotely.
