Pros: Ease of use, and very flexible. It would be good for all types of small to medium sized businesses.
Cons: The initial set up is a little time consuming but I understand why. Once this has been done right, top bin makes running an office so much more efficient.
Overall: I operate a corporate team building and tour company with staff across the globe at any given time. Topbin makes our office completely mobile and I can keep track of new leads, bill clients, and monitor staff no matter where they are. The ability to send invoices, contact clients, assign tasks, and update event statuses from anywhere is so helpful. One of the best features is the ability to limit information flow to staff. This means they aren't swamped with information that doesn't concern them. I also love how the bins can store vital information like quotes, invoices, proposal, and discussions between us and the clients. When I add another staff member to a half completed project, all that vital information is easy to find and the new team member is quickly up to speed.
Recommendations to other buyers: The software's flexibility means it would be good for builders, personal trainers, medical practices, and a whole range of other business types.

Comments: We are a team of six physiotherapists in Melbourne and we have been operating a paper based business since 2006. Topbin has allowed us to improve the way we track invoices and payments, make bookings for our therapists and store notes about our clients. The customer support was a bit slow to respond, but most messages are answered same day and for the price I guess you can't expect gold service! The team are actually very helpful and made the transfer to an online world surprisingly painless. We have been recommending Topbin to others and are happy to do it here as well.
