Pros: Once the software is up and running correctly it seem pretty good, although the experience of implementing it has somewhat tainted this. Very easy and simple to use and doesn't seem to sap to much storage, so far.

Cons: Took the best part of three years to implement correctly by which time the costs had spiralled to a point where it would be difficult to quantify the return on investment, no recompense from Draycir by way of extending annual licence or refund. The blame was weighted towards Sage, although Draycir knew exactly the version we were running before implementation. The software was riddled with minor bugs meaning crashing out or having to search multiple times for the same documents. Having looked in to it more in-depth there seem to be monthly subscription products out there that do a similar function at a much lower cost.

Overall: If we decide to stick with it it will eventually provide easy to use electronic storage of all of our documents, including been able to recall prof of deliveries and email them straight from your desktop
