February 9, 2017 5.0 I love the app, my only complaint is customer service needs an overhaul. I'm paying for app and have to wait up to 24 hours for a response. When I'm in the field I need immediate help. Having to wait for a response is very frustrating. It isn't like the "cable company" or anyone else where you can read a book if your cable goes out. My job comes to a standstill if my Pruvan isn't working. Hate having to submit a "ticket" or leave a voicemail and "we'll get back to you within 1 business day" More times than not I don't have an extra "business day". My jobs are on a deadline and I work weekends too. Pros So easy to use, saves so much time. I don't have to download pictures from a camera to my device then upload to the job order. Owner Construction Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "This program is a total waste of your time and resources" October 2, 2018 1.0 I have realized little to no benefit other than the ability to check in via GPS. Mostly this app just takes a whole lot of time and energy to send photos I can send in a zip file. I would recommend that you avoid having to use it at all costs. I am so frustrated with them and their service that the rising price is just an insult. Pros Nothing, this program is a complete waste of your time and energy. Cons The customer service is not available until they feel like responding. The app constantly has issues aside from taking a lot of time constantly to setup, edit, and assign projects. When the customer service finally does respond they give you directions that are incorrect and hard to follow. I currently have over 5200 photos from 9 different devices and 27 projects in limbo. Work is submitted immediatly from the field and the photos include geo coding which most clients are now requiring. With our intergations new orders are added to our queue with one click of the mouse. We have used other photo apps however this one is the most user friendly and most reliable. February 8, 2017 5.0 I think this system is amazing!!! Before knowing about Pruvan I would spend hours and hours every night uploading photos. I lost time with my family because it was double the work but now it's so easy and quick to do it right there and now when I get home I'm actually done working! It has been the most valuable tool I have. In a business that relies on accurate photos with time/date/location it is the best. On the office side it is so easy to create orders to your own specifications. It's nice to be able to create the order, shoot the photos, and even take your work orders to invoice. I just wish some of the workorders were wrote so u could undersyang what needs to be done or not. I hate the ones that are broke down and u have to take certain pictures at certain times. To have pictures upload in real time is a blessing for contractors as well as coordinators it's a great software I really enjoy being a user. Pros I love not having to upload pictures and my coordinators able to see what I am seeing when I'm on site. It's a blessing. Cons Sometimes projects don't appear and you have to create a tab and manually upload into system after a hard day at work. Review Source SD Steve D. It is very inconvenient to have to use a PC to do a full import. Having a feature to complete a full import ditectly from the iPhone would save time and keep work orders accurate. Our schedules are full and we always have new things to learn and deadlines, so knowing I can count on the helpdesk makes my work skills improve daily as a new vendor with BLMCo. Pros Ease of use and not having to fill out a form on the computer. Just using the phone is great.
