The website is fully integrated with our social media platforms which makes it easier to update our members, That alone save us a lot of time to focus and improve our brand in different departments. Pros You cannot deny the fact that everything is so smooth and fits easily. This really makes being an admin seem very much easy and enjoyable. The amount and variety of options this software gives you is just unbelievable. This is how you make things fun and easy for organisers . Most definitely a must have. Cons Having to log in every now and then when i leave the page is really the only thing that remains at the top of my head, i would like to believe that it is a minor issue though. Sites look like something designed 15 years ago. LeagueRepublic really has been left behind when you can make a website using Wordpress, Wix etc and create exactly what you want without any real knowledge or experience and it looks great. Also pyramid style knockout cups have saved a lot of time too. So overall we have benefited hugely from using LeagueRepublic. Pros Live web updates when the App is filled in by the teams. Automatically updates league and knockout pyramids as soon as a final score is input, saving a huge amount of admin time. Cons Doesn't show what the issue is when unable to login to the app. Just says "Error" rather than "wrong password" or "no signal". Doesn't have an option to limit to 1/0 in the score input section on the app. Doesn't automatically add up win/loss to the final score. August 3, 2018 5.0 I've had a very good experience so far! Pros LeagueRepublic is really easy to use. This is because it's very innovative and intuitive. You can manage information about scheduling, results, statistics, players, etc. Cons Setting up the platform for a league might take some time, but that's normal. Pros Once the data is entered, it is very user friendly, particularly when you get buy-in from others to use it properly too. Without that though, it is still easy to administrate the full site alone. There is a great deal of depth to the free software which is very refreshing. Cons By only using the free software, the adverts are annoying and ruins the work on presentation, but it is free! For knock-out competitions, there is no way to change the layout of the chart version that shows complete route to final when randomising home and away for subsequent rounds. So much easier for everyone to see up to date results, standings, up coming matches etc. Previously we depended on being sent paper copies of league tables (which were not very regular so half the time, teams didn't know where they were in table, how other teams were doing etc. Pros Easy to learn (but I do have an IT background!) Great for getting results instantly available on the web on match nights as our captains respond to the auto text messages so everyone can see the results / standings as they come through in real time. I love the auto scheduling facility for setting up the matches - it has saved hours of working out matches by hand on paper as we did previously! Cons Can be a little tricky setting up the next year's league and divisions when teams change divisions, new teams join / teams leave or change venue. Once you have done the set up bit which Dave and Andrew will give you all the help you need I found replies to my questions were answered quickly and without complication putting in your results is easy all calculations are done for you as long as you have put in the things you need I have no hesitation recommending League Republic to anyone who has the need for a site of this nature keep up the good work League Republic 1st Class. Pros Very easy to use and navigate, anything i wasn't sure of just send them a message and get a speedy detailed response. Cons The only thing I can think of is in our league we have a separate team captain competition, which runs alongside the league. Pros Once set up, the administration is very easy. I can update fixtures and league tables as well as match stats on my phone immediately after the games. The players can access the information in a format that suits them... it might be all games played on a particular date, or a list of all their own fixtures and stats. Cons I sometime have a little difficulty setting up the venues, but this is mainly through my own ignorance more than anything else. Pros The interface is easy to use and there are many options, even on the free version, that catch the eye and create a beautiful site. Our players universally have said that they enjoy using the site. The additional features are priced reasonably and my league is considering an upgrade to a paid subscription. Cons I missed a few e-mails from players seeking to join our league and a popup box for new messages would have been nice. They enabled us to complete a smooth transition when our governance was evolving from one identity to another. Pros Ease of access , secure and a first class customer service Cons Nothing really comes to mind, perhaps a suggestion would be to facilitate for a non competitive structure without League tables. Our Small Sided Games Centre only really wants to list teams and generate blocks of fixtures. An ability to hide blocks of fixtures rather than blocking entire seasons from named dates.
