Moreover, the feedback tracking feature is solid. Cons Bob's performance management leave much to be desired. Additionally, Bob's lack of support for useful competency frameworks is a major weakness. Without a strong foundation in this area, employees may struggle to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. Cons Terrible communication. They bought Pento payroll software then stopped anyone using it who has less than 50 employees. This was AFTER they told me I could continue using it and then dropped the news with less than a month to go. Truly shocking. If they do this they could screw you over at any minute. I can see and feel the ROI immediately and plan on doing those calculations at the end of Q4 to provide the leaders with percentage and data to showcase the ROI. Pros Bob has been great! We wanted a system that could be customized and unique to our unique workforce and business model. We found that in Bob!Implementation was a breeze. User friendly system allowed our employees the ability to get into the system with SSO, no technical issues & start using the system right away! Cons I would love the opportunity to "nudge" or remind people that have a task outstanding. Similar to when folks have pending documents. I would also add more features to the mobile app function. One of the standout features is how seamlessly Bob integrates with our existing systems, particularly Greenhouse and our internal workforce planning tool. Everything connects smoothly, making data flow and reporting straightforward. The platform provides strong insights, is user-friendly, and supports every stage of the process effectively. Pros The user interface is excellent, intuitive, clean, and easy to navigate. The reporting features are robust, offering all the insights and data you need from both an HR and recruitment perspective. Cons This is a bit of a double-edged sword for me, personally, I’m not a huge fan of having separate pages or tabs for the different products, like Talent and standard Bob HR. Pros I like the UI, good use of space on the webpage and allows an employee to see shoutouts, essential links, upcoming work anniversaries, new hires etc. Quite intuitive in terms of sections of the different tabs, very easy to navigate around. I could not recommend it more.Its system as a SaaS is extremely convenient and can tailor it to any potential use, whether limited in combination with other systems or as your full HR system. Pros Every feature of has a meaningful impact, as long as it is properly set and used. The support team is fantastic and solves issues extremely quickly.We have HiBob for our organisation since last year, but I don't see how we could have done it with any other system. The most impactful to me is clearly the employee database management, and its general ease of use. Cons There are some automation features that are lacking, for instance the time and attendance module not being automatically linked to overtime policies. I would and have recommended to others. Pros Bob is intuitive, easy to use and gets ahead with all its features. It's not only an employee data management software, it's a one-stop-shop for all-things-employee lifecycle (performance, surveys, compensation, org charting, reporting, etc.). Employees love to use it because it provides value to them outside of simply storing their data with things like shout-outs, company announcements, clubs, interests, demographics, etc. It's also very beautiful to look at! Cons Hard to pick something to dislike. I will say that sometimes it takes longer to hear back from chat support. I wish they had an implementation team or person to work with you to set the tech up appropriately according to your use case. The implementation is very self-lead, and for someone that is maybe the only person in their department, this can be overwhelming if you can't find the time to dedicate to it. Other than that, I'm very happy with the software and each team member I've had the pleasure of chatting to has been more than helpful and lovely.
