Pros

  • It's great, it has improved my professionalism and efficiency in managing my events.

  • SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been our contact from start to finish. He has been available every single time I have needed him to clarify or help guide us as to the best way to accomplish our event goal.

  • From the day we found them, their customer service was amazing. They are always available to get on calls to help you get set up.

  • Very affordable and great for educational institutes who have corporate events.

Cons

  • If there is anything negative I would say is to keep in mind users like me who do not use tech or are in constant on the job learning mode.

  • None that I can remember. We don't really have any complaints.

  • Always seems a bit confusing, but it's tough to explain. It also doesn't load as fast as I need it to.

  • Can't think of one thing that I don't like about it.

"An Essential Tool."

Overall: It's great, it has improved my professionalism and efficiency in managing my events.

Pros: It's great to be able to coordinate and assign tasks to volunteers from one place - it's extremely useful especially for events that rely heavily on volunteer help.

Cons: Well, although the platform is quite complete, it can initially be overwhelming.

"You Won't Find a More Responsive Support For Event Management Software"

Overall: From my first interaction with Francis doing a ClearEvent Demo, to working with two events inside the ClearEvent software I have been an ecstatic customer. While any initial set-up with a well-planned event is a lot on the front-end, ClearEvent's support has been stellar. Additionally, knowing I can rollover the event to another, I know that all the attention to detail in the beginning will make the future management of events both more efficient and better organized. The value for your money has far exceeded my expectations, and, because of their receptiveness to hearing feedback, I look forward to any software improvements in the future.

Pros: I am so happy with my purchase of the ClearEvent Software. First, and foremost, I truly appreciate the quick response time when I ask for help. The messaging component makes it really easy to chat and it keeps a running record of our conversations to look back at. I requested various items for the software and the ClearEvent team was able to make it into functionality.

Cons: The thing I like least about ClearEvent is not being able to change a fee type in a registration once the registrant completes the process. I have provided feedback to ClearEvent on it and, once again, they are very receptive to the information to see about ways they can make improvements.

Alternatives Considered: FestivalPro
Reasons for Choosing ClearEvent: Demo and responsiveness by ClearEvent staff was stellar. The price of the software was reasonable.
Switched From: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Reasons for Switching to ClearEvent: I made the switch because, as a staff of one, I needed to improve my efficiency and abilities to delegate tasks easier. I also was concerned that all my event organization would be difficult to hand over to any replacement staff and knowing ClearEvent was a "one-stop" shop, if you will, encouraged me to move systems.

"Easy to use platform, has helped to streamline our vendor registration"

Overall: Easy to use, support has been very responsive, and I'm happy with the platform.

Pros: Easy to use and copy events from previous years to streamline setup for the next year.

Cons: The mobile interface for the event management portal doesn't size to where I could approve vendors from my phone.

"Clearevent"

Overall: It's nice to have a mutual budget. Very helpful. I like the organizational aspects. It's really quite functional and useful, just not as quick or intuitive as I would like.

Pros: Customer Service. Always willing to work together to make the software better.

Cons: I find it isn't as user friendly as I want it to be. Always seems a bit confusing, but it's tough to explain. It also doesn't load as fast as I need it to.

Overall: Extremely satisfied with [sensitive content hidden] and the ClearEvent platform. Clean appearance, easy to navigate, and well-organized. Made event registration and tracking seamless.

Pros: ClearEvent is extremely user-friendly, easy to navigate, and convenient.

Cons: In the future, I'd like to see greater reporting capabilities and individual registration export ability.
