The system is extremely easy to use, straightforward to set up and has helped bring much more structure and visibility to our processes. It has significantly reduced paperwork and made tracking purchase orders and approvals far more efficient for both management and finance. One of the standout aspects of Expeni is the level of customer support. The team have been exceptionally responsive, helpful and approachable throughout. Any queries or requests we have had were dealt with quickly and professionally, which has made implementation and day-to-day use very smooth. As a charity, finding systems that are both effective and practical can be challenging, but Expeni has genuinely exceeded expectations for us. We would highly recommend Expeni to other charities and organisations looking to improve purchasing controls, accountability and record management without unnecessary complexity. Pros 1\. Any minor queries or issues we encountered during setup or day-to-day use were addressed extremely quickly by the support team. Cons It would be great if old purchase orders that have not been approve would show an alert. when po's get old they disappear from the approvers view, they have to search for iy. It has matched our needs very well. Pros The product is reasonably straightforward to set up: users/ roles, cost centres etc. Our users like its simplicity (this depends on the set up). The budget facility is very useful. We do not use the authorisation work flow so have no comment to make on that. Cons It isn't very glamorous to look at and it does not integrate with QuickBooks.
