"Great System, Great Support"

**Overall:** We had a great experience from initial contact, presentation of options through to instance creation and onboarding. We continue to develop our use at our own pace with support available when needed and look forward to learning more and getting more out of the sytem as we mature in its use.

**Pros:** Phonexa is packed with features, yet easy to set up initially with great support offered by the UK team to get the ball rolling in what might otherwise be too comprehensive a system as to be too overwhelming for a new user to make the most of. I use the system daily and after some training from \[sensitive content hidden\] am able to create and set up integrations myself moving forwards to expand our activity.

**Cons:** The strength in terms of depth of features is also a potential weakness. I wouldn't like to dive into this without some human support back up, the system isn't intuitive enough to drop in and hit the ground running using just the interface and the knowledge base. It needs some hand holding initially and for the first few iterations of set up to get going, and I will probably need further support to see all the potential uses for the modules I have yet to fully understand.

"Great platform and an amazing team of experts!"

**Overall:** This is the second company i have aworked at and used Phonexa. Both experiences have been outstanding and the team are really supportive.

**Pros:** We track all our advertising activity in one place, whether that be affiliate campaigns, lead gen, SMS, email etc. So its become the core of absolutely everything we do. If we have new requirements from the platform that it might not already do, the team at Phonexa have been really accomodating at building new functionality. The support team are second to none, no question is too much and they are always happy to help!

**Cons:** Nothing specifically, i think we would have struggled to implement internally if we didnt have a technically proficient team member.
