Pros

As the CEO of Billy.com, I decided to fully transition to Phonexa in 2021. Since then, I have been provided with over-the-top customer service from some truly great people. I cannot speak highly enough of how great the Phonexa team is, from the top down. My main reason for transitioning was to avoid exorbitant onboarding fees and to take advantage of the multiple systems they offer. These multiple systems have increased my revenue, while my costs have gone down, resulting in greater profits for the company.

Cons

There is a learning curve, like with any new software, due to the many features not found on other platforms.

We had a great experience from initial contact, presentation of options through to instance creation and onboarding. We continue to develop our use at our own pace with support available when needed and look forward to learning more and getting more out of the sytem as we mature in its use.

Pros

Phonexa is packed with features, yet easy to set up initially with great support offered by the UK team to get the ball rolling in what might otherwise be too comprehensive a system as to be too overwhelming for a new user to make the most of. I use the system daily and after some training from \[sensitive content hidden\] am able to create and set up integrations myself moving forwards to expand our activity.

Cons

The strength in terms of depth of features is also a potential weakness. I wouldn't like to dive into this without some human support back up, the system isn't intuitive enough to drop in and hit the ground running using just the interface and the knowledge base. It needs some hand holding initially and for the first few iterations of set up to get going, and I will probably need further support to see all the potential uses for the modules I have yet to fully understand.

Pros

Phonexa is a great product with many tools under the hood. Our primary use case was lead delivery, but this opened the door to call tracking, website monitoring, and comprehensive reporting. The best part is that it’s all covered under the competitive monthly fee, allowing us to consolidate other services, making it a cost-effective solution after migrating from another lead delivery provider. The customer support is excellent, and unlike some onboarding processes, Phonexa doesn’t leave you alone until the job is done. They join video calls and have you take the lead, so you're learning the system and implementation as you go, which I appreciate. The system was implemented quickly and easily integrated with our existing tech stack and CRM. They also ensure you're making the most of the products and are eager to help you improve and evolve the setup. After the initial learning period, the system is easy to use and is utilised daily. The system is flexible and continues to meet our needs, making it an invaluable part of our operations.

Cons

I wouldn’t go so far as to say there is a dislike; however, the UI could be cleaner. There is so much on the platform that it can be daunting and difficult to locate parts of the system. That said, the search bar and navigation breadcrumbs are very handy! Again, I don’t think this qualifies as a dislike, but rather as constructive feedback. If you’re struggling, the support team is always ready to help.

I have been using E-Delivery and LMS for a few years now and it has helped me reduce marketing costs and improve deliverability and overall performance of my campaigns.

Pros

The extensive reporting and automated notifications allows me to detect and fix any problems with campaigns before they become an issue. The reporting capabilities are like no other platform I’ve used. Which makes it easy to follow the precise lead journey. Another thing I like about Phonexa is the customer support. They endeavour to go above and beyond to help with any topic, whether its large or small. The team are never short on solutions and will even add in new features to fit around specific needs.

Cons

As it's quite a complex system with lots of capabilities, it can take time to understand. However, there is a comprehensive online guide where I found a lot of answers to my questions.

I've been very fortunate to work with Phonexa. I've been able to have calls with senior members of their Team when needed and they've been able to customize solutions to support my business needs. Their office is headquartered in my area and they've opened their doors for me to come and learn directly from their staff to enrich my own understanding of how to better win in my business endeavors. It's been a great experience to say the least!

Pros

The platform has everything my company could need to support our marketing and lead gen efforts. Their system is powerful and reliable and their support team is available for everything you need built. All you have to do is know how to communicate it to them.

Cons

I don't have a "liked least" to share. It's a top tier platform with great people behind it.

This review site was really annoying I had to verify my email like 3 different times and I do not have time to be doing this stuff. But honestly I am so indebted to them I feel that I needed to give them their flowers. Before Phonexa we were literally paying people to do things that their software considers a complimentary or secondary service i'm sure. Thank you Phonexa for everything!

Pros

Phonexa has completely helped us scale our business. We have an AMAZING account specialist, \[sensitive content hidden\]. He has literally responded to emails and texts and phone calls as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 8:00 PM on one off occasions where I had a question or needed help that just couldn't wait. They give us the ability to set concurrencies, hourly and daily limits, and give us full control over our lead flow.

Cons

That is sets unrealistic expectations for our other software providers, there's nobody that I have worked with that has been as awesome as phonexa. Legitimately. This review site was really annoying I had to verify my email like 3 different times and I do not have time to be doing this stuff. Pros

The team at Phonexa goes up and beyond in assisting their clients, and while implementing a new software can be a bit intimidating the Phonexa team was there every step of the way - shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\]! They were so patient and responsive with my team, and helped make things go so smoothly. The UI is pretty intuitive, and has lot of features available to help track and manage your calls and leads. The reporting was great for us to easily identify KIP's.

Cons

It took a bit of time to learn what each step of the integration buildout was, but that was expected when learning a new software.

Pros

Phonexa provides us with all the tools we require across the board to implement our business prodcuts and campaigns effectively. From Ping Tress, Form Building, API set-up, reporting and excellent customer service, and loads of other offerings we make the most of an excellent product.

Cons

Nothing to much to be said here, reporting was a bit lacking in certain areas, but after working with the Phonexa team, we have made some good progress on that.

Platform is packed with features. Reporting is very detailed. You can build a ping tree for any vertical. Phonexa support will build API integration for anything you need.

Cons

Its hard to find certain settings in the UI. Repetitive actions when building Min tiers.

Overall, Phonexa is helping us to be intelligent about our call routing and monetization.

Pros

Phonexa delivers against what it claims to do. Phonexa does an excellent job of call tracking and call routing. We use it to run our call programs and we use the multiple call routing options to determine how to best monetize calls. Phonexa doesn't drop calls and gets both the routing and the reporting correct.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve with Phonexa, but once you get the hang of it, it is a powerful tool.

Features are build based on day to day data and campaign management for lead gens. The user can easily track the incoming and outgoing leads, the history of the lead and the changes on lead data. Easy process to set up campaigns and 24/7 support. My reps are one Skype ping away.

Prior to being on Phonexa, I used to run direct with several networks and be frustrated at the multiple campaigns I would need for this. Phonexa allowed me to monetize all my leads from one campaign, and the reporting allowed me to optimize not only my campaigns, but my ping tree as well. I have full control of my leads and data and can remarket when I choose.

Pros

This system is easy to setup campaigns with, manage my ping tree and has also help me grow my business. I also love the reporting it has.

Cons

It's such a large platform that learning everything is takes some time, however the account managers are always available to help me.

Pros

Phonexa makes it easy to patch in many lead channels and route them specifically to where we want them to go. The metrics are extensive and comparison reports are beneficial. Phonexa has amazing customer service. Their team is incredibly responsive.
