Our experience with Phonexa has been overwhelmingly positive. From the moment we signed up, the platform impressed us with its depth, flexibility, and ability to consolidate multiple tools into one cohesive system.

Pros

Phonexa understands performance marketing and lead gen inside-out. It’s not just tech—they get the strategy behind what you’re trying to do.

Cons

the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It takes some time to learn how everything connects—especially if you're new to marketing automation or call tracking.

Our overall experience has been great! It was easy to track data and pull up any analytics needed to improve our marketing strategies.

Pros

We really enjoyed using Phonexa because it allowed us to use our current workflow and improve it. We were able to use our calls and interactions with patients to improve our marketing.

Cons

There have been no cons with using Phonexa. It was user friendly and provided a all in one kind of use.

Phonexa is a robust, all-in-one solution that has helped Loans 2 Go elevate our lead gen game. Highly recommended to any business working in high-volume lead distribution.

Pros

The functionality and flexibility of Phonexa’s lead management and ping tools are second to none. We’ve significantly improved our lead tracking, routing, and performance analytics since switching over. The customer support is exceptional — the team takes time to understand your needs and works with you to optimise performance.

Cons

There’s a slight learning curve due to how feature-rich the platform is, but once you’re set up, it’s smooth sailing.

We had a great experience from initial contact, presentation of options through to instance creation and onboarding. We continue to develop our use at our own pace with support available when needed and look forward to learning more and getting more out of the sytem as we mature in its use.

Pros

Phonexa is packed with features, yet easy to set up initially with great support offered by the UK team to get the ball rolling in what might otherwise be too comprehensive a system as to be too overwhelming for a new user to make the most of. I use the system daily and after some training from \[sensitive content hidden\] am able to create and set up integrations myself moving forwards to expand our activity.

Cons

The strength in terms of depth of features is also a potential weakness. I wouldn't like to dive into this without some human support back up, the system isn't intuitive enough to drop in and hit the ground running using just the interface and the knowledge base. It needs some hand holding initially and for the first few iterations of set up to get going, and I will probably need further support to see all the potential uses for the modules I have yet to fully understand.

Cons

While having a lot of features can be seen as an advantage, it could also be a disadvantage if businesses only need a few core functions. The range of tools might result in an overwhelming user experience, leading to underutilization of the platform.

This review site was really annoying I had to verify my email like 3 different times and I do not have time to be doing this stuff. But honestly I am so indebted to them I feel that I needed to give them their flowers. Before Phonexa we were literally paying people to do things that their software considers a complimentary or secondary service i'm sure. Thank you Phonexa for everything!

Pros

Phonexa has completely helped us scale our business. We have an AMAZING account specialist, \[sensitive content hidden\]. He has literally responded to emails and texts and phone calls as early as 6:00 AM and as late as 8:00 PM on one off occasions where I had a question or needed help that just couldn't wait. They give us the ability to set concurrencies, hourly and daily limits, and give us full control over our lead flow.

Cons

That is sets unrealistic expectations for our other software providers, there's nobody that I have worked with that has been as awesome as phonexa. Legitimately. This review site was really annoying I had to verify my email like 3 different times and I do not have time to be doing this stuff. Actually it's been great, the day to day use with all the features that they are adding makes it really ease and comfortable to be used

Pros

Phonexa is a really great platform when it comes to pay per call and pay per lead, the functionality includes a series of different tools that allows you to create and set your campaigns to perform in the way that you need and prefer, it really accomodates into your needs

Cons

I wouldn't say that there are any downsides in the platform, it actually has everything that you possibly would possibly need in just one place

This is the second company i have aworked at and used Phonexa. Both experiences have been outstanding and the team are really supportive.

Pros

We track all our advertising activity in one place, whether that be affiliate campaigns, lead gen, SMS, email etc. So its become the core of absolutely everything we do. If we have new requirements from the platform that it might not already do, the team at Phonexa have been really accomodating at building new functionality. The support team are second to none, no question is too much and they are always happy to help!

Cons

Nothing specifically, i think we would have struggled to implement internally if we didnt have a technically proficient team member.
