Overall the engagement in account management, technical support, is brilliant. The staff are welcome and patient on the approach

Pros

Their solution meets most of our requirements. The team engagements were proactive for understanding our requirement.

Cons

Lack of support for some legacy systems/protocol such as SOAP/XML and SMPP, were we struggle to integrate but there is an engagement to resolve it.

Integration with various digital channels and intelligent bots, excellent predictive dialer for voice, manage campaing for channel SMS, Whatsapp. Excellent interface for agent, and clear voice with webrtc.

Cons

More APIs for integration, Casic IVR, more reports, and is not possible export data, more documentation

Fantastic Omnichannel Contact Center platform with AI, functionality for modern contact centers and continuous feature enhancements.

Pros

HoduCC is very scalable, modern UI, with strong Omni channel capabilities. The software is constantly improving and adding valuable features and functionality. Sales The sales and support teams as well as Executives are very responsive and helpful

Cons

The predictive dialer currently does not have North American SIT tone detection which would be a good enhancement.

Overall, it is a positive experience. It meets the expectations of Telintel and the potential clients it has been presented to.

Pros

It is very comprehensive in terms of services and integration. All services are consolidated into a single interface, representing a substantial improvement over the voice and omnichannel versions

Cons

The configuration process and manuals are not very clear. For example, the WhatsApp setup with Meta isn’t properly explained, which makes implementation challenging.

Overall we have been very happy with the HoduCC product. It has provided all of our and our customer needs. It is a great cost effective solution.

Pros

Easily configurable. Has a wide area of features that can be configure to fit any scenario, whether it be inbound support, outbound sales, or a combination of different teams with different functions.

Cons

The reporting is good but could be improved. There are lots of canned reports to fit your needs but the ability to customize reports is limited. That being said the canned reports cover the majority of the reporting needs.

Pros

I like the omni channel aspect the most and call there support.

Cons

HoduCC has great features, but it took some time to get everything running smoothly. However, once set up, it works well.

We are happy with Hoducc as it provided all the features we wanted that time when we moved to Hoducc. Reporting, monitoring, recording, configuration, and stability of solution. Now requested to add more features in the solution and their R & D is working on that hope we add that soon in our solution.

Pros

Available functions and features work very well, you did not need support help for months. Before Hodu cc we used a product in which was issue with reports and function were not working properly which impacted our business a lot.

Cons

We have incoming traffic mostly and for that few features need a popup for incoming calls and the call will be picked with a keyboard shortcut and Hoducc team promised that he would provide it in the upcoming versions.

HoduCC has a high level of integration capability to both bespoke and proprietary applications. HoduCC also has a strong support team which provides a personalised service.

The platform caters to our requirements, whenever we have arrived at a road block we have always been able to jointly resolve the matter.

The experience has been good thus far from a user perspective.The support however is not reliable - Errors that may result to business critical decisions need to be fixed asap once a ticket is raised.Pricing still need to be reviewed to make it affordable for most SMEs.Reduce the one-off implementation cost.Organize worskshops to help clients learn more features and encourage full utilization of the solution.

Pros

Agent visibility on performance related metrics, Detailed reports, Dashboards, Intergration with Mobile applications e.g Zoiper, Omnichannel aspect, Client focus based approach when discussing license costs.

Cons

Social Media intergration processs was not seamless and was time consuming.There's need to have a QA function with detailed analysis - Enable evaluations on the tool without extra cost to the client.

Nice solution but please consider to integrate with ChatGPT as this would be improve customer experience before they being served by the available agent. Also please add the IVR Bank Transaction that supports both english and bahasa (since I’m from Indonesia)
