Pros I have never used accounting software before, so I like having the opportunity to fill in details of our clients and regular items that we invoice them for. But I can still change stuff as and when I need to. I also like seeing when things are overdue. Cons If I include messages when I email clients their invoices I can't then go back and read those messages (if someone knows how please let me know). You can also choose to "Share" the invoice instead and then send it from your own email client. This way you will have the entire communication in one place. Web based which i love, I can do all my billing from anywhere. Very customizable. Cons You can’t see final invoice. What I mean is what it looks like when you send it to a customer. Pros The ease of use on my mobile phone I'm a busy self employed contractor using various customers across different industries. And using Speed invoice suits all my requirements. Highly recommended. If I do, this service is definitely a good one. Pros I like that it was very basic. I mean that in the best way possible. Basically all you need to do is say how much some service was, and you get to say if there was a discount or not, then you send it off to be paid. It is very straightforward and easy to use. Cons I don't have anything negative to say about using it. I would say that I think the monthly fee is a little high, but if you have a ton of work then it's worth it to be able to fire off invoices easily. Fully customizable and easy to use. You can create/alter/add line items with ease for a truly original estimate or invoice. Tracking payments and data is easy to do. Highly recommended! Pros Easy to add/edit items, customizable, stats, good layout. Cons For some reason my logo gets fuzzy after uploading no matter what qaulity photo I use.
