Annoyingly, I have to clock in and out every day. I guess it can be helpful in several jobs, but not for others, where flexibility is part of the deal. My experience is bad because my schedule varies a lot and the app does not make it easy to readapt your schedule daily. Also, I forget to log in many times, especially if I am not going to the office first thing in the morning. Pros The best thing about Woffu is that it offers a mobile app and a plugin for Chrome. So it is handy and easy to use. Cons It does not offer flexibility for the workers. We have a default schedule, and it is not easy or intuitive to insert variations on it. I miss that the Chrome extension could somehow remind you to log in, but I'm not sure if that is a manageable feature to implement. De hecho devolvimos el programa y hemos instalado otro, del cual estamos encantados. Se contrató el servicio Woffu el \[contenido sensible oculto\] y se pagó la factura correspondiente. En diciembre del 2021 se anuló el servicio, porque hablar con Woffu es imposible, solo funcionan enviando un correo electrónico comunicándoles el problema que tienes y ellos te llamarán, ¿cuando? pues cuando pueden... Contabilidad también funciona MUY LENTO Y MAL, estamos esperando la devolución del dinero y al \[contenido sensible oculto\] solo hay algún correo diciendo que sigue en trámite. Conclusión: creo que peor imposible. Pros En principio pinta muy bien, pero el servicio de Atención al cliente es penoso. Muy difícil contactar con un técnico, imposible solucionar dudas dentro del día. Cons No me gusta nada la forma que tiene Woffu de atender a sus clientes. Vemos que este ha sido el caso ya que habéis contratado el servicio a través de SAGE, por lo que son ellos mismos quienes se encargan de la gestión de las facturas. Como caducidad de contratos, el control de vacaciones adjudicadas a cada trabajador, los fichajes, el poder sacar informes. Además, que ante cualquier duda o incidencia el servicio técnico te atiende y te dan solución rápidamente.
