They can sent it while their identity is fully anonymous and thus resulting everyone can voicing their opinion freely. Cons I have no problem that i face while working with this platform. I have been enjoying the sweet messages alongside with the perks of being able to buy things i want for doing a good job and being recognized by teammates for it. I LOVE IT Pros The opportunity to celebrate others achievements/ birthdays and anniversaries and hope to make their day better :) Cons I don't particularly dislike anything about it. I also use the "high five" option so that I can share the love and give away some points!! Pros I love how you can give a coworker kudos anytime!! And as an added bonus you can also score a few extra points for yourself!!! It is a great morale booster for all! I have actually saved enough to pay for half of laptop using gift card I earned! Cons I have to be honest in that there isn't anything that Work Tango can change about it - it works great and I have nothing to mention in the con column! Cons Because points expire at the end of the quarter, it often turns into a quarter-end bonanza with staff rewarding each other.If there were more incentives for staff to give out points throughout the year that would help mitigate this. I have been using WorkTango as an admin and end user for 3+ years now and it is a core component of our rewards and recognition program. Pros WorkTango is easy to use for both admin and the end user. It allows us to streamline a rewards and recognition platform across the business - and across all four countries of which we have operations in. The ability to cash in Points Earned for a variety of gift cards and/or merchandise makes is appealing to all using. It’s not perfect, especially if your company needs very specialized reports or if you’re looking for ultra-fast rewards, but in my experience, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks Pros I really like how easy it is to send shout-outs to coworkers, whether it’s for something small or an important achievement. It creates an environment where people feel valued because it’s public, everyone can see what you’re recognizing. Cons They should make rewards more accessible (fewer points required, more variety of prizes). Sometimes there are too many notifications or emails, which makes it a bit noisy. Then once you want to utilize your points, it makes it easy to convert them right away. For example - I've used my WorkTango points multiple times for Amazon giftcards and I'm able to receive the gift-card within the same setting! Pros I absolutely LOVE WorkTango! This is the first company I've worked for who utilizes this feature. I really like how WorkTango is such an easy way to be rewarded and recognized for your day to day work - and you can transfer the points you receive for actual and tangible gifts! Worktango has a myriad of different categories you can choose from to for your gift - whether that be giftcards, items, and even vacations! None of us can do our jobs without the support of others. Often, colleagues jump in to assist with an activity or take on something extra supporting the company's mission. Recognizing a colleague for going out of their way to help is rewarding to all involved. Cons WorkTango was VERY slow to fix bugs with the mobile apps. It took over a year to resolve the issues with the mobile apps. Employees were unable to have the extra option to easily send recognition or process a reward activity.
