It's great that the recognition also leads to rewards, which is a nice touch. I find WorkTango easy to use, and I particularly value the rewards marketplace feature. The initial setup was fairly easy too. Cons The UI could be improved. It's just very simplistic at the moment. The recent upheaval has caused us to consider alternate options for our employees in effort to protect the culture we have worked hard to build. Pros The app is easy to navigate for users and admins alike. Customer service has been timely and thorough. Tools offered for admins are useful and relevant. Training videos available in the Training section are helpful. Cons The cost to our employees for purchasing Amazon gift cards was our only con until just a few months ago when Work Tango experienced an upgrade that caused us numerous issues; sporadically employee purchases were not populating, gift cards were unable to be redeemed, marketplace rewards locked, etc. Customer service is replying, however, resolutions are slow. However, I see that more as an opportunity than a true negative. I think it makes building a company culture easier and it way more fun than just saying it out in a meeting. WorkTango makes noticing the little things fun; the way you can literally see someone's face light up when they are recognized for their actions is simply amazing! Pros What I love most about WorkTango is how easy and user-friendly it is. It is easy to redeem points for what we really want in prizes; you can easily recognize colleagues for a number of things, and it is super customizable for companies of all sizes and shapes. Also, I am huge fan of the incentives. I truly love that feature. Cons There isn't anything I dislike about WorkTango. All of it is super easy and user-friendly. We've only been partnered with WorkTango for a few months, but the team has been absolute rock stars in supporting our strategy during COVID19 and we look forward to seeing the platform continue to evolve and grow. Pros We've been live with WorkTango for just a couple of months. We launched at a weird time- we were planning to go with a full engagement survey in several months, but due to COVID19 we were forced to launch a pulse survey much sooner. That means our strategy was shifting from the very beginning. The customer success team has gone above and beyond to help with this work. The implementation of the software was smooth, and the platform seems flexible enough to support anything we could ask for right now. Really excited to see the newest upgrades to the system! Cons The biggest areas of opportunity are in areas that WorkTango is already solving for with their new updates, and will no longer be an issue by the time we launch. Specifically I am most looking forward to having the ability to combine demographics for reporting, more intuitive hierarchy building and editing, and an even better user experience on the platform. Learning how to use the website was a breeze. And the recognition other give is always motivating. The Website is secure and doesn't make me feel like my purchases or information is shared with anyone other than those who need to see it. Pros I like how it allows options for each user to engage with others by showing recognition in a quick, fun and easy way. It is so user friendly, and gives you access to so many different vendors and merchants for products. The point system is equivalent to the value of money when making purchases. I honestly love using work tango and working towards a goal to earn points for gift cards and other cool things I want or need. Cons The only con is probably that if you don't give away your points you lose them each month. But it does make sure you recognize others more often then not. Hard to get custom reports or raw data the way some teams want.  •The rewards store can be frustrating: items missing, hard to find what you want, slow redemption.  •Some users say rewards require too many points to be meaningful, so it feels like a lot of work before you get something valuable.  •UX / navigation & performance issues: the interface can feel cluttered; mobile version sometimes less stable; slow load times.  •Integration delays or problems: updates from connected systems (HRIS etc.) sometimes take time to reflect, creating inconsistencies.  •Learning curve & setup: because the platform is feature-rich, admins/users may need more time to get used to it.  •Points & rewards policies can feel unfair: for example points expiring too quickly, or refunding / redemption less flexible. Plus, it's hard to ignore the points. They have gone to several good purchases, watches, accessories, etc. My friends away from work hear about this and are quite jealous. Cons As much as I talk about getting points, I would love to have more points to award to my teammates. We have a portion to award each month, which is fine, just would like to have a few more.
