They can sent it while their identity is fully anonymous and thus resulting everyone can voicing their opinion freely. Cons I have no problem that i face while working with this platform. I have gotten gift cards for food with points when I am low on funds. I have also gotten gift cards to give my children as presents. Pros Keeping in touch with co-workers we do not see anymore I Love saying Happy Birthday and Congrats on work Anniversaries Using my points for Gift Cards Acknowledging people for their hard work Cons I really do not think that I have found anything wrong with WorkTango. At this moment I have not had a bad experience or think anything can be done differently. I have been using WorkTango as an admin and end user for 3+ years now and it is a core component of our rewards and recognition program. Pros WorkTango is easy to use for both admin and the end user. It allows us to streamline a rewards and recognition platform across the business - and across all four countries of which we have operations in. The ability to cash in Points Earned for a variety of gift cards and/or merchandise makes is appealing to all using.
