### "Best workflow solution for CPA firms ever!"

Pros

Incredibly easy to use, it was designed to make it easy to ensure you are profitable. The information is gathered automatically through an email integrator and ensures that work and client request that are not anticipated don’t get ignored.

Cons

Haven’t really found any other than it doesn’t support the Spanish language since half my team speaks Spanish it’s made it difficult on that level.

Pros

Ability to know what is going on for specific client matters throughout the team , including email flow and notes. Because each client matter can be allocated to team members, there is clarity in responsibility, action points and bottlenecks. Work and To-Do functions also enable better planning.

Cons

Some of the email options are lacking (even the fact that I need to capitalise the "i" when typing "I"), formatting etc. These will no doubt be improved with future iterations.

### "Good Project Management - Still Needs a Little Work"

Pros

I like that the app looks great, it has really great potential to be the perfect project management software in the future. I use it as a checklist for all my work items. The client task option is also great for reminding our clients of outstanding items we need from them.

Cons

It's slow to load your work and sometimes work gets lost in the To-do's if they aren't assigned correctly by your colleagues (which is common when we are really busy). is willing to take our comments and ideas into consideration and always have great customer service.

Pros

Being able to send automated emails and checklists to clients with reminders is absolutely brilliant You can also create you own templates and roll them out with different timing for each task i.e. after creating the task another task can be due 2 days after which is great

Cons

Hard to see a contact task list as the screen is locked about half way down and when you have recurring tasks these are created for about a month so if you say had a daily task and others it’s hard to distinguish between them

Pros

This is a great app that can save time and make your team more efficient All the process get streamline and all your staff would treat each client the same way!

Cons

You have to make a habit of opening app first thing in the morning and get everyone in to the same tune as well If one team member is not working on the app properly it is hard to track and pay per user could be quite expensive. So nothing wrong with the app but with the commitment of using

Pros

We love the ability to link emails to clients and jobs, no longer are our emails lost in each individual silo. The to-do list is an excellent feature - far superior to sticky notes and bits of paper. It is great for our remote team as well.

Cons

The job workflow still needs a few more functions/search categories to make it even better, but I am told some of these new functions are currently in the pipeline and I look forward to them being released.

A shame it has some good features, but there isn't anyone taking ownership of getting things done, so it makes it a very frustrating company to deal. Simple things like uploading work in bulk seems to be a major issue for them.

Pros

Good email triage function and pretty decent interface. Was expecting to find sending emails from it frustrating, but didn't.

Cons

Terrible support. Such a frustrating company to deal with. Passed around the houses on everything, no one takes ownership of anything. Really in like pulling teeth to get started.

Internal communication is much cleaner and everyone is on the same page about what needs to be done. Easily track outstanding items and deadlines!

Pros

No more sticky notes! Easily delegate tasks between team members and no more missing deadlines! I don't know what I would do without !

Cons

If I had to pick one thing, it would be that not everyone uses it!

Pros

Emails are the boss. Emails create work. So the ability to create tasks from email is brilliant ("triage"). We successfully implemented for use by our bookkeepers and our advisory staff. It's perfect for managing those micro-tasks that pop up with advisory / outsourced CFO roles.

Cons

Its difficult to monitor incoming emails from a supervisor's perspective as only the user can see their individual triage.

solved a huge issue for Growthwise, one central place for all our work, lodgement deadlines, checklists and to-do's. Karbon is the 1 system that everyone in the team opens every morning and is our go-to for all information about our clients as well as work that needs to be done. It’s also great for workflow and transparency, as communication is visible between all clients for all users, meaning no searching for that email sent to someone else. It has saved us countless hours of workflow control time and allowed us to process jobs even quicker.

Pros

The management of email is awesome. The visibility across all work is flexible and can be manipulated to suit my requirements. It is so easy to update due dates, allocate jobs to other team members. The Client Tasks is awesome!!

Cons

The monochromatic black/gray colour scheme does take some getting used to. I would like to be able to merge duplicate contacts without involving support.

Pros

Helps me keep track of everything I need to do for clients. My tax business exploded this year, and I was losing sleep thinking about everything I needed to to, keeping spreadsheets, notes in One Note, emails... Everything in separate places. now I can bring most of that into one central system and I love that when I send a request to a client, : 1) sends them reminders so I don't have to follow up, 2) can add automators to change the status from "waiting on client" to "Ready" when they complete assigned tasks etc.

Cons

Learning curve. Also, when I add a template it adds a long list of todos. My To Do list gets cluttered really fast, but I suspect there is a way to manage this that I haven't figured out. I've only been using for a few weeks.

Pros

To do - Everything that you need to get done is one one easy place, where everyone can see where I'm up to. Work - A great area showing everything that i need to get done. No more searching through my inbox for hours looking for things!

I can't think of any. This is an excellent product.

Pros

is easy to use and helps us keep to our processes. Having the chat function under help has really helped us settle into a new system quickly.

Cons

It is a step up in price from what we were using but so far I think it has been well worth it and I am excited about the features coming soon. Once timesheets are available it will become great value for money for us.

It's the best platform for managing (particularly email based) tasks I've found. No longer do emails get lost on a big list, Its super easy to assign them to a task and clear them out of the inbox without forgetting them.

Cons

No real cons I can list at the moment. The team are always quick to respond if I have an issue and they're constantly adding new features.

Centralized tool to manage remote teams. Automated emails to clients for open items. Clear dashboard visuals for open items for users and staff. Integration with Office 365 email. Excellent support and training.

Cons

Pricing can feel a little high when you roll it out to a large team. Training is necessary to push out to a team ( does provide this).

Great experience!

Pros

"Client tasks" and gentle reminders is one of the features I love in . Following up with client is never fun and automating it just makes so much sense. Work templates is another feature that increases one's productivity.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind... Perhaps, one can always complain about the price, but I find the value is well justified.

I seriously don't know why it took so long for me to take that leap and use in my business. I can't imagine how I would run my business without it. Saves me so much time and I know exactly where each client is up to at all times

The only thing I don't like about is you can't schedule your emails to be sent at a specific time of the day, apart from that, Nothing
