The software is constantly being upgraded so new features become available all the time. I love the support we receive though. Our account manager is quick to respond and always helpful. Pros We have to coordinate a lot of volunteers everyday. Before we started using Argenta, this was very difficult because our volunteers were in our CRM, but the volunteer sign-up was somewhere else. Now everything is in one place making it very easy for our volunteers to sign up for tasks. Cons At first I thought it would be difficult to learn because there's so much in there. It took a little time for me to realize that all of the sections work very similarly. Once I figured that out it became a lot easier to use. It takes a little time but once you get used to it all the features you get makes it worth it. Reasons for choosing Argenta Biggest reason we chose Argenta in the first place was because we needed many of the things they offer. It was hard to keep using different apps that didn't work together. Inside Argenta everything talks to everything else. We seem to do a lot less work.
