Bis heute hat der Kundennahe Support nicht nachgelassen und es kommen ständig neue Funktionen dazu, der große Vorteil bei einer nativen cloudbasierten SaaS Software. Das macht das Produkt fortlaufend besser ohne große Patches oder Integrations-Projekte. Im Bereich Funktionalität, Usability und Oberflächendesign begeistern uns die Anwendung nach wie vor jeden Tag aufs neue. Pros Wir haben 2023 damit begonnen unseren wasserseitigen ÖPNV-Verkehr im hvv mit Optibus zu organisieren und die veraltete und unflexible Excel-Planung abzulösen. Uns ist es mit wenig Vorwissen in der Belegschaft und tatkräftiger Unterstützung durch die Optibus Mitarbeiter gelungen, unsere Vor- und Einsatzplanung auf einer zeitgemäßen und moderne Plattform aufzubauen. Die nativ cloudbasierte Anwendung stellt unsere Basis für zukünftige Weiterentwicklung im Bereich der Mitarbeiter-Koordination und Fahrgastinformation. Mittlerweile bietet Optibus eine ganzheitliche Lösung von der Fahrplanung bis zur Generierung der Echtzeitdaten für Auskunftssysteme, was uns gut in die Zukunft blicken lässt. Cons Nach langer Marktrecherche zwischen 2021 bis 2022 sind uns wenig Nachteile aufgefallen. Einzig die vollumfängliche Anpassung an den Deutschen Markt (VDV-Schnittstellen) war eine Voraussetzung für uns, die Optibus als damals neuer Player am Markt angehen musste. Zum Projektstart in 2023 konnten wir uns aber davon überzeugen, dass Optibus seine Hausaufgaben gemacht hat und die vollständige Integration in die Datendrehscheiben des hvv (Hamburger Verkehrsverbund) ist gelungen. Pros O que mais gosto na Optibus é o módulo de programação, pois é mais fácil de pré visualizar o que acontecerá com a frota e é possível também ver se tem erros no cadastro. The algorithms and calculations take into consideration the local regulations for buses and drivers, and provides the best optimal solution - at the lowest cost/resource use. The ROI is almost immediate - sometimes as long as one month! So, bus operators can see savings right from the beginning. Cons Looking forward to real-time solution, that is said to be out by the end of 2017. With real-time solution, traffic jams or schedule changes can be taken care of immediately. The "optibus onschedule" only provides a solution for planning bus schedules inn advance.
