October 26, 2016 5.0 I Know, this software is called ClickCease, not Rafa, but in his workteam they have a guy called Rafa. Rafa is a really nice guy, he convince me to buy the Standard edition of ClickCease and I have to say tha this really save my ass. I work in Colombia in plastic surgery and the levels of click fraud are amazing, the software do all that they said, I know that you can find cheapper softwares, but the customer support is awesome with clickcease and the software really works, so do it. ClickCease turns off ads from IP addresses that have clicked numerous times, and also removes ads showing on IPs that are known to be questionable. I feel confident that my ads are showing to actual prospects, and I'm not just burning through ad spend on existing clients, competitors and bots. Pros ClickCease stops regular clients from clicking ads, and also keeps competitors from intentionally burning through my ad budget by keeping my ads off their searches. Benefits were quickly apparent. Pros Upon starting with ClickCease we saw a much higher quality of traffic for our PPC campaigns, which led to a more optimized budget and higher quality leads. It's a much easier and better way to keep on top of the blocking. Pros Once the thresholds are set, it takes the thought out of having to manage fraudulent clicks. How much value you get out of the tool will really depend on your industry, the CPCs, and your targeting, but we've found great value in having that layer of protection to stop over-clickers and competitors. Pros I manage more than 40 google ad accounts and over the years have suspected/observed click fraud becoming more and more of a problem. It was invaluable to roll-out ClickCease across all our accounts and see that not only our suspicions were correct but we were now able to block those malicious IPs. Cons We had a little bit of confusion during set-up in terms of whether we should connect our mcc account of child accounts but received excellent customer support and managed to get everything working properly without too much stress or time delay. Being able to control traffic at the click of a mouse is super useful. We needed accurate analytics regarding ad response, but with bots so prevalent it was almost impossible to get an accurate picture. ClickCease gave us this information and further allowed us to control/report on a variety of factors. Keyword and placement analytics helped us tailor our advertising for a better response which was immediately visible as effective. Cons I have run into anything I disliked about ClickCease. They are available 24/7 and have an immediate response time. As for your second point. Our data is completely accurate and transparent. It allows you to see all the details of each paid click you receive which is unavailable on Google Ads. Unfortunately the refund claims are out of our control and have a low success rate. That being said, our goal is to stop the fraud before it happens, this way refund claims are not necessary on the first place. We have experienced a higher cost per lead now that we are not getting bots and that data really helps us make better decisions with our advertising dollars. Pros Super easy to set up and implement into our campaigns, the dashboard is a great visual of the effect and it's easy to show clients why it is worth the investment. Cons None yet but we would like to explore other features that ClickCease offers. As a small business owner, our advertising dollars are carefully spent. I like knowing that I can block out our competitors from clicking our ads and waiting our budget. The dashboard is easy to read and I very much like that customer service is available 24/7. I've needed help from customer service and they are always right there on the chat line. Click cease would know and block all bots and fraud clicks and prevent them from clicking my paid ads. It has features to enable countries and automation based on your businesses preference. It would automatically block all fraud IPs and exclude that from my Google ads. I ended up saying up to 800 dollars and more worth of ad spend by implementing it for one of my clients. All my clients and I love click cease. I recommend giving it a try if your are managing Google ads for a business/personal use. Cons I have had a great experience with this tool so far. The only con would be to manage subscriptions. If I had to pause the billing for an amount for a certain time period, it didn’t allow me to do that.
