I'm pretty satisfied with how simple the dashboard is and how quickly the customer support get back to any questions I may have. Definitely recommend it. You'll feel alot safer with a click fraud protection tool and this is the best one I've found so far.. Your cost per conversion will decrease along with an increase to the number of sales/leads. Pros ClickCease is super easy to implement and has a great interface that clearly lays out all of the fraud and competitor clicks on your Google ads. Cons I'm not convinced it really saves much money. The dashboard has a section that shows how many fraud clicks it prevented and calculates the value of this by using a ridiculously high CPC, but we have no way of knowing for sure if any of this data is accurate. We can identify devices which usually make us clicks, know which locations (IPs) do they use to make us clicks. It's a complete tool really. We are also trying to recover fraudulent clicks costs sending Clickcease analysis to Adwords. Pros You won't feel alone anymore with click fraud protection. You won't waste as much money as before. As a marketing person, it gives me and my clients an extra sense of confidence in our campaigns. Pros It takes out so much of the worry of an AdWords campaign. Google does a good job of weeding out fake clicks... but not a great job. ClickCease picks up the slack from that. Cons It sucks that we have to have this software - I wish that AdWords would do a better job of eliminating the fake clicks and all that, But it is nice having this, even if it does come at a price. Pros It broke down all of the types of click fraud and pinpointed which areas were the issue. Based on this, I was able to use the advanced configuration to make adjustments as needed. It submitted refund requests to google directly... So paid for itself. Seems like about 1/10 or requests have been refunded... Cons Initially a bit hard and technical to understand. Not sure if account could be put on "hold" for when you are not running ads. Seems like you have to cancel and no access to reports of past issues...
