### "Our Thoughts"

August 9, 2023

5.0

A 9 out of 10. If need help it is also a super easy find.

Pros

Easy to work with and to find what I need to access quickly.

Cons

That WC cases are set up like PI cases. There should be an employer/Insurer, not defendant.

### "Excellent Case Management Software for Personal Injury Firms "

October 20, 2025

5.0

It's an amazing case management software. I'm able to manage more cases than I would have on other case management softwares.

Pros

It's easy to use when managing complex cases with multiple medical providers. Also, great with Litigation and keeping track of important deadlines.

Cons

The cost tab could use some work. I don't like the pre-selected categories and that you can't make your own or customize them.

### "Work flow issues ignored"

November 14, 2023

1.0

The customer service I have received over issues that could be helpful in providing better workflow management have been dismissive.

Pros

CASEpeer does not stand out from other case management software.

Cons

A year ago, I emailed requesting a fix on a field that could help with making more templates available. The witness tab does not allow for us to add a corporation, only a person. If a corporation option was available, the templates could be used to help streamline our workflow. recently, a second issue came up regarding our workflow and adding a frequency button option on tasks (i.e. call client - 2-week button). I was told you were not able to add that, due to your other clients with hundreds of cases. Instead of adding options to improve our workflow we get an update on adding a 3rd gender.

### "Paralegal to the Atty"

April 10, 2026

4.0

Overall it is good. We have not had any issues with security everything seems to be secure, I like the fact that if I or someone else put in a note that we all know what is going on if the client calls and that person is not there.

Pros

It keeps me organized with the tasks also the templates are time saving so long as they are in the most logical place, such as client-specific letter under the client tab and not under the defendant- adjuster envelope. Also that the chat feature is very prompt and if the AI cannot answer or gets stumped a person gets on and helps.

Cons

Templates don’t always pull information from other tabs, which creates gaps in the final document. Because of this, I have to insert certain client‑specific letters under the “def adjuster” section. These letters contain required keywords that the system won’t automatically include. Having to place them there can be confusing, especially when the information logically belongs in another part of the file. This workaround is necessary to ensure all required details appear where they need to be, but it does make the process less intuitive and increases the chance of errors.

### "Efficient, Intuitive, and Valuable for Daily Workflow"

March 24, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with CasePeer was very positive. The platform made case management and collaboration much more efficient, helping me stay organized and on top of tasks. While there were minor learning curves and occasional small delays, the intuitive design and helpful features outweighed these, making it a valuable tool in my daily workflow.

Pros

What I liked most about CasePeer was how it streamlined case management and made collaborations so efficient. The interface was intuitive, and it really helped me stay organized and on top of tasks, especially during busy days. I particularly appreciated how easy it was to manage notes and track daily tasks, which kept important information accessible and ensured nothing fell through the cracks.

Cons

One thing I liked least was that some features weren't immediately intuitive, so there was a slight learning curve. One familiar, thought, it became much easier to navigate. Additionally, customizing some settings took extra steps. Improving that could make the experience even smoother.

### "Efficient Case Management with Room for Improvement"

April 13, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with CasePeer has been positive. It is a strong case management system that helps streamline the lifecycle of personal injury cases from intake through settlement. It improves organization, team collaboration, and visibility into case status. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in customization and pricing, it remains a reliable tool for managing a busy PI practice.

Pros

CasePeer’s document management is one of its strongest features. It keeps all records, bills, and correspondence organized in a way that is easy to navigate and access quickly. The ability to track case progress, attach documents directly to tasks, and maintain a clean file structure significantly improves efficiency, especially when managing a high volume of personal injury cases. It reduces time spent searching for documents and helps keep the entire team aligned.

Cons

The pricing can feel a bit high relative to some of the limitations within the platform. While CasePeer is powerful, certain features lack flexibility and customization, which can make workflows feel somewhat rigid. Additionally, there are occasional bugs or slowdowns that can interrupt productivity. For firms that rely heavily on streamlined operations, these inefficiencies can add up and impact overall value for money.

### "Experience 8am CasePeer"

April 9, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with 8am CasePeer has been very positive. It’s a reliable and efficient platform that helps streamline case management, keeps files organized, and supports daily workflows with minimal issues.

Pros

What I liked most about 8am CasePeer is the overall value it provides for the price. It offers strong functionality without feeling overpriced, especially considering the tools available for case management. The learning curve is relatively manageable. While there are many features, the platform is intuitive enough that you can get comfortable with it fairly quickly, especially with consistent use. In terms of security, it feels reliable and appropriate for handling sensitive client information, which is critical in our line of work. Document and file management are solid. It’s easy to upload, organize, and retrieve documents, which helps keep cases structured and accessible. The system does a good job centralizing everything in one place. The features are robust and clearly designed with legal workflows in mind. It supports day-to-day operations effectively, from case tracking to communication. That said, there are occasional bugs or minor issues, but nothing that significantly disrupts workflow. Overall, it remains a dependable system for managing cases efficiently.

Cons

I cannot erase documents or notes if needed, I dont have access to reports of my work and work of others.

### "Efficient, User-Friendly, and Reliable Case Management Experience"

April 9, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with 8am CasePeer has been very positive. The platform is easy to navigate, which made it simple to learn and start using right away without a steep learning curve. I especially appreciated how everything is organized in one place, including case details, documents, and client information, which made managing tasks much more efficient. The system helped streamline daily workflows and improved communication within the team.

Pros

8am CasePeer is pretty easy to use and works really well for personal injury law firms. Everything is in one place cases, documents, and client info. which makes staying organized a lot simpler.

Cons

One of the main drawbacks of 8am CasePeer is its limited customization options, which can make it difficult to tailor the system to specific workflows or preferences. At times, certain features felt somewhat rigid, especially when trying to adapt the platform to unique case needs. Additionally, there can be occasional integration challenges with other tools, which may slow down efficiency for teams that rely on multiple systems. While the platform is generally easy to use, some advanced features could be more flexible or robust.

### "The most efficient way to manage our firm's files."

April 10, 2026

5.0

I am not sure how much my administrator is paying for this service but I firmly believe we are getting our money's worth. Our firm would simply not work as efficiently without CasePeer.

Pros

Definitely that the learning curve was not as steep as I once thought it was. At first I thought file management would be a headache considering how many documents and features there are in each one, but it never was. There is not "overengineering" involved because every feature is what it is supposed to be. Nothing too overcomplicated but simple and elegant document management to make all of our cases its own.

Cons

Probably a bug where I would be logged out of my account every once in a while for no apparent reason. That and the fact that there are certain features that, as a security measure, are only available to my administrator, which can make immediate problem solving difficult at times.

### "A Seamless and Efficient Legal Management Tool"

April 10, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with 8am CasePeer has been fantastic. It's made managing my caseload so much easier and more efficient. The platform is reliable, and I feel confident using it day-to-day. It's been a great asset to my practice, and I highly recommend it to others in the legal field looking for an all-in-one case management solution.

Pros

What I like most about 8am CasePeer is its user-friendly interface and the seamless integration of all the case management tools. It's incredibly easy to track case progress, communicate with clients, and manage documents. The system is intuitive, and I appreciate the time-saving features like automated updates and reminders. It truly streamlines my workflow, making managing multiple cases feel much more organized.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any major issues with 8am CasePeer. Everything works as expected, and any small hiccups I've encountered were quickly resolved with customer support.

### "Great software! Couldn't live without it! "

February 27, 2024

4.0

Overall, it's good. There may be better out there, but we don't have any major problems with it.

Pros

I love the ability to manage tasks and keep up with data, including our clients and their contact information.

Cons

There is no way to track subpoena production effectively. I've tried chatting with a representative, but there is no real way to do it. It's like CasePeer assumes all subpoenas are those issued for someone to appear at a trial or deposition. We use them for document production.

### "Easy Peasy"

May 17, 2023

5.0

Not only is keeping a contact with the client important but also keeping notes handy and accessible for anyone to read notes and know what is going on with the case.

Pros

ONE OF THE BEST FEATURES THAT CASEpeer has is the easy access to contact a client. Not only do we have an option to call directly or email, but it has a great feature of texting the client. Client's can be reached easier by text especially when working and not being able to answer your calls.

Cons

I would highly recommend that we can be able to send pictures thru the text app.

Abacus had so many more options and tabs to work with. The document and photo tabs are great .. also the tab that has easy access to any costs makes it easier for our accounts receivables department to access costs at the end of the case.

Exceptional. CASEpeer has made my entire practice more efficient and has saved me countless hours of time and staff costs over the years.

Pros

Cons

### "A Good Claims Management Platform "

April 14, 2026

5.0

Overall, very good - responsive to inquiries, good training available online, easy to navigate screen to screen.

Pros

It compares well to the claim management system I utilized in my prior career as an insurance adjuster.

Cons

Document management could be better. Duplication with downloads and the storage size create impediments to sending demands with supporting documents.

Pros

Very easy to use, I handle property damage and everything I need to add data is on there also for diminished value demands, the settlement tab is very easy to use and to access for information.

Cons

I do not like that there are no numbers on the notifications for tasks and texts, that it's just a red dot. I like to know how many task I need to go through without having to look it up.

Pros

Cons

### "We like your product"

May 19, 2025

The calendaring and note-taking permit us to handle more files, and handle them more efficiently. That adds up to "well done."

Pros

User friendly, even for Boomers! Tutorials also helpful. My staff has been able to catch on quickly, and share what they learn.

Cons

Undone tasks remind me how much I have to do - but that is a lawyer problem, not a tech problem. It does some time and little creative thinking to learn how to fully navigate.

Good. It is very helpful in navigating case information when handling personal injury cases. It is very intuitive.

Pros

It organizes case information well. It makes my work easier. It allows me to have multiple windows open simultaneously, so I can flip between cases quickly.

Cons

### "Rock Solid Case Management Software with Added Client Relations Bonuses - Calling ALL Small Firms!"

May 18, 2023

4.0

Pros

CasePeer is pretty rock solid as a casemanagement software! I honestly love this as a case management software. I appreciate that it is expanding to other areas, but those areas are not that strong yet. And I'm ok with that because it does what I need it to well.

Cons

The texting feature is awesome! I just wish it could send out PDFs and the like. The client portal is not my favorite, it's not the most intuitive I think, and there could be more room for exploration on the client's behalf. We're supplementing these features with Kenect and a CRM. While we could use CasePeer as a catch all, it's not there yet. Lead management: I wish there were more areas that could auto-populate when a new lead comes in. My lead capture system holds a lot of data, but when I transfer to CasePeer, it only auto syncs the bare minimum.

### "Best Case Management Software "

August 9, 2023

5.0

Very pleased and have no interest in looking into any other case management software.

Pros

This is the 4th case management software I've used in the past 10 years and it has been the easiest and most productive. It is user friendly, meaning I can get the info I need quickly and without having to navigate through screens or links that I don't use. It saves our firm time in figuring out statuses in cases when prompted by a client's request. But Casepeer does so much more like tracking when I last touched certain cases so that i know which ones need attention.

Cons

Pie charts. I like pie charts. I'd like to view our performance on a pie chart.

Pros

CASEpeer "Tasks" help me manage my daily responsibilities. I rely on the automated and manually entered tasks throughout the day. Additionally, the ability to communicate with clients through the platform is essential because some clients prefer texting. Finally, the CASEpeer team is always quick to respond anytime I use the Chat function.

It was easy to learn to use CasePeer once I came from using FileVine but it isn't always intuitive to use.

Pros

It seems easy to use overall. I also like that I was able to integrate "Events" with our Google calendar.

Cons

The ability to customize CasePeer to match your needs is minimal. At my last firm, we used FileVine which had a huge learning curve, but it was highly customizable and was easy to use once it got started.

### "Great cloud based system"

January 26, 2023

5.0

Overall it is a great experience. We have not even considered other products because this meets our needs. They have great integrations with other products, and again great customer support and monthly training webinars for different aspects of the software.

Pros

I liked that ability to quickly hit the ground running, minimal learning curve, autofill custom templates, and a responsive customer support team.

Cons

On creating custom templates, I would like extra freedom on where certain information goes. (Keep in mind, most instances this is not needed, just a few templates that would work for our law firm.) Some keywords can be used for all "context", and others are limited to a few or one "context" for our protection. This is great for those just learning to create templates. I would just like to deactivate that safety and create at my own risk for those more seasoned and comfortable in creating and using custom templates.
