Overall Experience: The platform serves all of our needs effectively, from document uploads to comprehensive case management and assignment tracking. We have experienced little to no issues with app performance, security, or bugs. It has significantly improved management of employee assignments and file organization throughout the entire case lifecycle—from pre‑litigation and suit through discovery and settlement. The system allows us to easily track categories, key dates, statutes of limitation, case costs, contacts, case notes, case lists, and court notes. Client communications are well integrated, making collaboration seamless. Overall, the software is intuitive, easy to learn, cost‑effective, and an excellent tool for maintaining efficiency and organization.

Pros

### "Paralegal to the Atty"

April 10, 2026

4.0

Overall it is good. We have not had any issues with security everything seems to be secure, I like the fact that if I or someone else put in a note that we all know what is going on if the client calls and that person is not there.

Pros

It keeps me organized with the tasks also the templates are time saving so long as they are in the most logical place, such as client-specific letter under the client tab and not under the defendant- adjuster envelope. Also that the chat feature is very prompt and if the AI cannot answer or gets stumped a person gets on and helps.

Cons

Templates don’t always pull information from other tabs, which creates gaps in the final document. Because of this, I have to insert certain client‑specific letters under the “def adjuster” section. These letters contain required keywords that the system won’t automatically include. Having to place them there can be confusing, especially when the information logically belongs in another part of the file. This workaround is necessary to ensure all required details appear where they need to be, but it does make the process less intuitive and increases the chance of errors.

### "The top three tasks at my desk involve using Casepeer"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Casepeer makes sending demands out so easy for me. It helps me keep track of medical records and provider information, along with sending out demands. Those are the three things I do the most while I'm working at my desk and Casepeer is an integral part of my workflow.

Pros

The email integration is a great tool and saves so much time and keeps from things from getting mixed up. I spend way less time searching for emails in my inbox. It's easy to use, no training needed. And once you have the templates set up documents are easy to manage.

Cons

The only con I can see is the subscription model is by each user account. So the more people who need to access the program the more money you will spend on each license. The two factor authentication keeps you from sharing accounts which is good for security and 8am for making some extra capital. I wish they would offer some discounts . Like a group rate discount as your firm grows over time.

### "Efficient, Intuitive, and Valuable for Daily Workflow"

March 24, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with CasePeer was very positive. The platform made case management and collaboration much more efficient, helping me stay organized and on top of tasks. While there were minor learning curves and occasional small delays, the intuitive design and helpful features outweighed these, making it a valuable tool in my daily workflow.

Pros

What I liked most about CasePeer was how it streamlined case management and made collaborations so efficient. The interface was intuitive, and it really helped me stay organized and on top of tasks, especially during busy days. I particularly appreciated how easy it was to manage notes and track daily tasks, which kept important information accessible and ensured nothing fell through the cracks.

Cons

One thing I liked least was that some features weren't immediately intuitive, so there was a slight learning curve. One familiar, thought, it became much easier to navigate. Additionally, customizing some settings took extra steps. Improving that could make the experience even smoother.

### "Reliable Platform for Daily Case Handling"

November 17, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with 8am CasePeer was positive. It’s a helpful case management tool that keeps files organized, helps track communication, and supports daily workflow. While it could be faster and offer more flexibility in certain features, it ultimately streamlines the case-handling process and makes tracking deadlines much easier.

Pros

I liked how intuitive the platform was. The dashboard, task management, and client communication tools made it easy to stay organized. I appreciated the clean layout and the ability to track cases step-by-step without feeling overwhelmed.

Cons

The platform can be slow at times, especially when switching between sections or uploading documents. It affects workflow when you're trying to move quickly.

Reason for choosing 8am CasePeer

We ultimately selected 8am CasePeer because it offered the best combination of case-tracking workflow and client communication tools tailored for our workload. Its user interface was more intuitive, the automated reminders and case-milestone features aligned nicely with our paralegal-driven processes, and the pricing structure provided strong value for our volume of cases. The alternatives had strengths, but they either lacked the depth of task/timeline features we needed or required more configuration, which would have delayed our rollout.

### "Efficient Case Management with Room for Improvement"

April 13, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with CasePeer has been positive. It is a strong case management system that helps streamline the lifecycle of personal injury cases from intake through settlement. It improves organization, team collaboration, and visibility into case status. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in customization and pricing, it remains a reliable tool for managing a busy PI practice.

Pros

CasePeer’s document management is one of its strongest features. It keeps all records, bills, and correspondence organized in a way that is easy to navigate and access quickly. The ability to track case progress, attach documents directly to tasks, and maintain a clean file structure significantly improves efficiency, especially when managing a high volume of personal injury cases. It reduces time spent searching for documents and helps keep the entire team aligned.

Cons

The pricing can feel a bit high relative to some of the limitations within the platform. While CasePeer is powerful, certain features lack flexibility and customization, which can make workflows feel somewhat rigid. Additionally, there are occasional bugs or slowdowns that can interrupt productivity. For firms that rely heavily on streamlined operations, these inefficiencies can add up and impact overall value for money.

### "Experience 8am CasePeer"

April 9, 2026

4.0

My overall experience with 8am CasePeer has been very positive. It’s a reliable and efficient platform that helps streamline case management, keeps files organized, and supports daily workflows with minimal issues.

Pros

What I liked most about 8am CasePeer is the overall value it provides for the price. It offers strong functionality without feeling overpriced, especially considering the tools available for case management. The learning curve is relatively manageable. While there are many features, the platform is intuitive enough that you can get comfortable with it fairly quickly, especially with consistent use. In terms of security, it feels reliable and appropriate for handling sensitive client information, which is critical in our line of work. Document and file management are solid. It’s easy to upload, organize, and retrieve documents, which helps keep cases structured and accessible. The system does a good job centralizing everything in one place. The features are robust and clearly designed with legal workflows in mind. It supports day-to-day operations effectively, from case tracking to communication. That said, there are occasional bugs or minor issues, but nothing that significantly disrupts workflow. Overall, it remains a dependable system for managing cases efficiently.

Cons

I cannot erase documents or notes if needed, I dont have access to reports of my work and work of others.

### "Paralegal Manager"

April 20, 2026

5.0

The calendar deadline integration with tasks, make this software by far superior than other ones that I have tried.

Pros

Calendar Integration is amazing, easy to use and keeps you on top off all of your deadlines. This is a life safer and time saver

Cons

I would like to see the main screen have some litigation dates showing instead of notes. Once a case is in litigation, it should have in the main view of the case important dates and events coming up as reminders; Also there should be a way to organize the medical records section better. It would help if you can add a date and check of each date if you have the medical record and the bill and the amount. Having a medical summary of the bills that could be downloaded through excel would absolute make this program the best.

### "Great System! "

November 12, 2025

5.0

Very satisfied with the system! Easy to use! I really don't have any complaints. When I was learning how to use the system and maximize it, I was able to look directly at the tutorial videos and they were very straightforward.

Pros

My favorite part about this system is the document management. You can easily connect your client folders on your computer directly to the client file on CasePeer. It makes it so you don't have to actually go back and forth or worry about having to upload documents immediately.

Cons

I con I would note is the ability to link RingCentral texting to CasePeer. The system will link the RingCentral fax but not texting.

### "Excellent Case Management Software for Personal Injury Firms "

October 20, 2025

It's an amazing case management software. I'm able to manage more cases than I would have on other case management softwares.

Pros

It's easy to use when managing complex cases with multiple medical providers. Also, great with Litigation and keeping track of important deadlines.

Cons

The cost tab could use some work. I don't like the pre-selected categories and that you can't make your own or customize them.

### "Efficient and User-Friendly Case Management"

November 5, 2025

5.0

Pros

8am CasePeer is an excellent tool for law firms looking to streamline their case management and improve daily operations. Its intuitive design makes it easy to learn and navigate, even for new staff, and it centralizes all essential case details in one organized space. The platform offers great value for money, strong security features, and reliable tools for tracking tasks and deadlines. It also helps attorneys stay on top of their caseloads while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, making workflow much smoother and more efficient.

Cons

The reporting features, although functional, lack deeper customization options, and some integrations with external accounting tools like QuickBooks can be a bit inconsistent. Despite these minor limitations, 8am CasePeer remains a dependable and user-friendly platform that enhances productivity, improves collaboration, and provides excellent support for law firms of all sizes.

### "CasePeer is AWESOME"

November 5, 2025

5.0

I enjoy CasePeer a great deal. It is very useful; It helps me to manage my very high case load in Plaintiff work and keeps my cases and me organized. I would be lost without it!!

Pros

It does everything I need it to do (Plaintiff Work) and like any software in the legal field when it is used to its capacity it is a great tool.

Cons

Calendaring was not the best. I believe it can be a little better as far as opening the calendar without lag of appointments, reminders and linking with Outlook.

Great, time-saving, and convenient. It's great that it can add medical billing so I can confirm my math.

Pros

All the features help me navigate through the client's case with ease. When I on a call regarding the case, I can answer questions with ease.

Cons

That all clients in the same case can not be sent documents to sign at the same time. I would also like medical reports saved on the medical tab.

This software supports ease of workflow and keeps things organized. Essential for document management. The integration with communications tool Case Status works well.

Pros

I love the clean look and uncluttered experience of this software. This is truly a useful case management tool that greatly supports operational efficiency.

Cons

Occasionally, I experience lag time with this software when trying to utilize the search bar. Additionally, the search tool doesn't always work effectively. When searching for client names they don't always display.

### "Great tool with room for improvement. "

November 5, 2025

I like it, very user friendly. Could use a few more features however it's a great tool for case management.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive. Auto generates documents that are usually a hassle to make due to how often they need to be mailed out.

Cons

Missing a few key features. It would be great to make it easier to edit templates for documents, a more user friendly interface instead of coding on word.

### "CasePeer is Great! "

As a former Needles and Litify user, this product is really effortless to use and find information quickly.

Pros

CasePeer is so user friendly. I can update my cases, locate critical information quickly, and run reports that are meaningful.

Cons

I wish the medical treatment tab was more user friendly. The providers seem to change order after they have been edited and having to constantly scroll when adding information is frustrating.

The calendaring and note-taking permit us to handle more files, and handle them more efficiently. That adds up to "well done."

Pros

User friendly, even for Boomers! Tutorials also helpful. My staff has been able to catch on quickly, and share what they learn.

Cons

Undone tasks remind me how much I have to do - but that is a lawyer problem, not a tech problem. It does some time and little creative thinking to learn how to fully navigate.

### "Decent case management platform - for Plaintiff's firms"

May 18, 2023

4.0

Overall, we're satisfied. Not stellar, but no hatred or daily frustration.

Pros

PROS: Notes feature, document tagging, document folders, speed - can switch between tabs/look at documents/upload/download easily and quickly, easily customizable templates that make advancing a case pretty easy, reliable text messaging with clients, simplified pricing in the mid range of competitors, responsive customer service via online chat - but they are never really able to actually solve most things, just educate/train, tagging other users on a note or document assists with advancing cases and ensuring good team communication.

Cons

CONS: Lack of customization for key things like case types, always assuming the client is the plaintiff (and never the defendant, confusion for conflict checks re: deceased parties, lack of being able to identify in ALL person fields that someone is deceased/if it's related to the matter/date of death/next of kin, lack of customer input into new features, lack of communication about what CP is working on with future/coming soon upgrades, providing new features that no one cares about and not giving us ones that matter, being focused on almost nothing but car accident plaintiff cases (making it hard to adapt the platform for all case types).

### "Casepeer is truly AMAZING and superior to the competition!"

May 17, 2023

4.0

Casepeer is an extremely sophisticated tool that makes my job easier every day by providing a well organized and easy to navigate interface for our client files and cases. Before Casepeer, I used 5 separate programs to achieve the same effect that Casepeer does all on it's own. I am grateful for the extremely smart and friendly team at Casepeer for always going above and beyond to make sure their product is top-notch!

Pros

Casepeer is a fabulous legal case management program that has helped us provide our clients with top notch service and win big cases. Casepeer does an amazing job keeping our client files and information highly organized and easy to access.

Cons

Although Casepeer has taken huge strides over the last two years by working with their clients to improve their legal software and ensure that their product is user friendly, I still feel that their calendaring system could use some improvement. The ability to add calendar rules to an important trial date is functional, but I wish some of the dates could be easily customizable within that function. I also do not love the "look" or design of the calendar and that is one of the primary functions I use Casepeer for.
