Pros This product is very easy to use and offers many ways to keep track of all aspects of a client's case. Cons There are always areas of improvement or new ideas researched. There is a small challenge with making edits to various documents due to the time it takes to first download the document, edit it, then upload it again. Pros Casepeer keeps everything all organized and old case notes back to when each clients file was originally created. This helps keeps track of all clients files. Pros I like that you can leave detailed notes that stand out. You can indent, bold, space things out, its just so easy and clear to see/read what you need. I also like that you can search the client's file for any prior note made. The critical case note feature, the treatment tracking, provider history, being able to track the insurance history. I have used other software, and nothing on this Earth can touch CasePeer. I always tell new hires at my firm I would make a great product rep because I LOVE everything about it. Obsessed. I look forward to the new emails with changes/updates and additions to what we already rely on. Its just fantastic and there is no better way to run a firm than with CasePeer. You can easily run and read reports and ensure your clients are being managed easily at a glance. Cons I wish CasePeer could integrate with Box or DropBox so the file is all on one page. I worked with a similar build through Sales Force but it could never touch what Case Peer is doing. (this may be an option that we just did not choose) Review Source HS Henrik S. I like the reminders and how we can connect on getting tasks done. Pros Notes and Tasks are great for keeping track and communicating. Cons I haven't found anything I dislike yet. Cons litigation folder is really sub-par. Its not really useful at all outside of plugging in information. Deadlines are not self-calculated which is very important when it comes to trials and deadlines. It can really be better, its far too basic.Also, there is no way to get a full case list of open files - like a folder where all the open/close/etc cases can be found. Regarding the Contact Directory in the Management section, it would be much easier if you didn't have to categorize the contacts.
