But the partner system is a total joke, no support, no email replies, nothing at all. Then you start getting into using the system. It is not designed for a heavy user at all. The ticketing system is not even close to production ready, they video and tools they offer for training have been made redundant and no longer offered but they do not tell you that until you waste an hour on support for them to say oh yeah that was phased out but we never updated the docs. Then when you run into issues, they tell you one thing but even though its in the text chat they refuse to honor what they said making you pull your hair out. IF YOU EVER consider this please run. Its not ready for prime time. **Pros:** Very little, it looked promising but half the tools do not function at a bare minimum. **Cons:** Support, and follow up.
