Pros It is very easy to set up and you can get a lot of useful info on the business that visited your websites. You can sort them by different properties and easily take actions to grow your business leads. Cons The software doesn't improve much in time. It's been 4 years I work with them and there is not many new features. Still, the one in place are usefull!
