Pros: The best thing is that we can program automatic rewards based on our different previously segmented audiences. This generates loyal customers who are motivated to continue with our brand and make recurring purchases.

Cons: Some consumers send complaints claiming that the rewards in virtual cards are not accepted in some digital establishments.

Overall: We create an optimal user experience. Thanks to this loyalty marketing, ROI is positive.
