JumpSeat has helped us move towards 100% adoption of SOPs, more efficient workflow, and has helped us derive maximum value from our project management systems. I highly recommend it.

Pros

JumpSeat's UX is on par with the best in their category, but the difference-maker is JumpSeat's ability to let you "jump seats" between different software tools with no loss in functionality. Our agency uses multiple platforms as part of our Martech stack that require us to move through tools, and JumpSeat can support us every step of the way.

Cons

There are no major negatives—as the platform gains more users there will be even more guides available that are user-generated.

Pros

We are able to walk a user through any process in our back-office without tying up additional resources.

Cons

In the beginning, we didn't have a lot of flexibility to customize guides based on different roles. And it didn't allow for an intuitive search process.

We launched new software during COVID and it was a struggle training people the old fashioned way. JumpSeat helped our team get the most out of our new platform incredibly fast.

Pros

JumpSeat's ease of use for our team to provide real-time, on demand software training to increase productivity and SOP compliance. The way JumpSeat works across multiple apps is also a game changer.

Cons

Nothing really in terms of cons. I could see more in the way of workflow guides available in the future that would be helpful.

Jumpseat provides the ultimate way to deliver training and support to customers that they will actually remember and engage with. It reduces the time to proficiency for users dramatically and prevents follow training inquiries. Jumpseat was able to deal with our most challenging functionality with ease. It is a product that I enjoy working with more and more everyday, I would recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their users experience.
