Pros I found using the program difficult at times, probably because of the complicated subject matter and rules. However, the support staff was very helpful and always responded to my issues. Cons I cannot fault the software, but the bankruptcy issues are complicated. I am hopeful that new features allowing external file designation will be added, then it will be the perfect system! Pros Ease of use ad at your fingertips while in the Jubilee system. Cons There are some aspects of the program that are not readily apparent and I have had to call tech support more than I would like to. Reason for choosing Jubilee Because it was usable on an Apple Computer. My assistant was able to complete her first petition in probably an hour. I will continue to use this software for as long as I practice. Cons Filing seems to be a little difficult. I have to separately pay filing fees and file the Creditors Matrix and Social Security verification separately. Cons I currently use the desk top version of Bankruptcy Pro. I love it. Jubilee is very different and I had a hard time getting used to the changes. I used it once for a Chapter 13 and I could not make the plan work correctly. I also have a large caseload that will not transfer over so I will have to use two systems for a while. I have spoken with other young lawyers who use it and they do not have the same problems using the system as I do so it could just be an "OK Boomer" problem. Review Source MO Marcos O. Not able to use it to determine functionality. Too bad... That feature was significant given the fact that for many clients that is the only way to contact them consistently. I have not subscribed to Jubilee at this point in time. Reason for choosing Jubilee I looked at jubilee because I have been an IGN subscriber and have used IGN on a daily basis for the last 15 years. Customer service has been great the two occasions I have had to use it. Cons Sometimes I have to file a petition late at night or early in the morning due to a pending foreclosure. For instance, when i try to look up filed cases, i usually type "Voluntary petition" in the search area in IGN - i do not see a similar feature on Jubilee Notices. Pros access from anywhere, feature-rich, helpful videos to walk me through the software Cons Load time - it can take a couple minutes to load pages here and there, but it is not a make-or-break type of issue. Consider adding tiered interest rates for credit cards expenses. Ie A client has one credit card and the interest rate depends on purchase period. And one could not ask for better customer service for any software provider. I was a beta tester and happy I converted to Jubilee. I always loved I-Got-Notices and happily switched bankruptcy petition software when they went into the cloud. If I have a question, it gets answered immediately. Works with my existing credit report provider. I am happy and always tell fellow attorneys to switch to Jubilee. Review Source DS Diane S.
