“Ribyt = No Manual Guest Lists!”

OverallWe have been using Ribyt for over 6 months now and it keeps getting better. One of the biggest challenges we face is having huge invite lists. Before Ribyt, our team was tracking each of those responses manually, and some other companies charge by the number of invitees, which would be a big waste of money. Ribyt solved this by allowing us to invite thousands of people at once and automatically track RSVPs in real time with no manual work from our team. It also allows us to limit the number of attendees if we need to.
ProsNo manual RSVP tracking, AMAZING customer support, new features constantly being added, ability to create custom reports
Conssome features are not yet available on the platform, but Ribyt team is always willing to find a work around

“Successful implementation thanks to top notch support of a great product”

OverallThe Ribyt platform is excellent for managing the guests that attend our showroom events, but most of all we appreciate the incredible support provided by the Ribyt team. Training, onboarding, support and responsiveness from our account rep could not have been better. There was never a point where we felt alone during our event setup and execution.
ProsOverall appearance to the guest, ease of use by the administrator, flexibility to update information to guests.
ConsThere isn't much I don't like. There are few services coming online in the next few months that will make it easier to create events, such as the universal library of byts one can access when creating a new event. I am working with the team to design my process and increase open rates.
Recommendations to other buyersThe support team is amazing and quickly finds solutions to any problems or challenges that come up. It is a newer software and occasionally glitches happen, but the team takes support extremely seriously. Problems had solutions within hours, the support I received as I learned the program was exceptional.

“Best Value for the Dollar for Event Registration Software”

OverallMy firm plans and produces large-scale, high-profile events so we need up-to-the-minute information when we're managing guests. Everything we need to know at our fingertips in Ribyt, and it's all the latest information since it's cloud-hosted. It's also part of the gig that we deal with big changes, often at the 11th hour, and we need to move quickly in reacting to those changes and making sure our guests don't suffer because of it. I can change venue or time information and communicate with guests right in the tool, which saves a lot of confusion. It keeps us on top of our game and in even better control of our events.
