They are very responsive, explained us everything, solved problems, advised and asked if everything was okay, if we needed anything, if we would like dedicated training - such customer support is a treasure. Even if we had a problem, it was resolved quickly. Cons It was difficult for us to understand some of the metrics, but customer support helped us every time.
