Pros

It's nice because it makes the workplace into a one stop shop catalog. You don't have to remember what you asked the office manager to order you and the office manager can keep all requests organized and send updates as things get ordered/arrive. You can send IT requests too which has been very helpful

Cons

The graphics are a little patchy. It could be sleeker overall.

Feel like it's improved communication w/the office managers

Pros

Really easy to use and seems to help my office's facilities/office management team get to my requests quicker than ever (broken lightbulb, problem with office snacks, etc)

Cons

Can be clunky sometimes (our office uses hivy to manage office visitors and it doesn't seems as well set up as Envoy was ... my guests no longer get calendar invites, and the system doesn't remember repeat visitors)

Hivy makes it easy to submit and process requests, eliminating office clutter.

Pros

I like how simple the platform makes it to submit and receive requests in their proper destinations. Makes handling a big office, seamless.

Cons

The platform is kind of confusing to work with on its own and on slack, INITIALLY, but with some use the platform becomes simple to use.

They have a fun and beautiful interface for employees to make request easily (or directly from slack) and our Office Manager saves hours since everybody is using it.
