Pros

J’ai apprécié la collaboration entre les équipes. Pouvoir leur partager les OKR globaux et entrer dans le détail membre par membre est assez intéressant. Tout le monde se sent concernés et veut faire avancer leurs OKR. Les objectifs peuvent être complexe ils sont néanmoins pertinent et feront avancer les difficultés de l’équipe. Une fois bien renseigné c’est très puissant.

Cons

Très important de bien renseigner les OKR sinon la méthode ne fonctionne pas vraiment. Il faut donc prendre le temps en amont de se former sur les OKR et de bien les écrire. Ensuite, les différences entre la version gratuite et payante est assez importante. Pour commencer la version gratuite est très bien mais une fois qu’on est à l’aise avec Quantive il est indispensable de passer à la caisse.

I like that OKRs can be visualised and that there can be collaboration.

Pros

The software makes implementing and tracking OKRs simple and transparent. The insights, information, resources and support is great and helps you make the most of using the OKR approach to achieve goals

Cons

I haven't used any other OKR software so I can't think of anything I like least.

Overall I like Koan and would definitely recommend it, especially compared to much heavier tools that essentially do the same thing.

Pros

It's nicely designed, easy to navigate, and very lightweight. It doesn't require a lot of time to fill out your updates each week, and it makes it easy to see what's happening across your team and other teams in your organization.

Cons

I would have liked the ability to customize email reminders more granularly, in order to match my preferences for when and how i fill out my weekly updates.

I first discovered the OKR methodology at my previous company, where we used to write and track on that via Google Sheets. We were also using another SaaS product just for reflections. When joined my current company I was happy to learn KOAN is implemented and we can do everything in one place. The platform really helps you as an individual and as a part of a team, and a company. I really recommend it.

Pros

The platform is very friendly, fast, intuitive, and keeps updating. I love how everything is saved automatically and also the fact we can access it from any device. Also the reminders features are helpful.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of....everything has been going smoothly for me.

I love it. It's light and easy to use. It's so simple to tell my boss (and their boss on up) what they need to know about my team. That weekly status update takes minutes. I can also browse the rest of my group and see what is happening. I'm looking forward to using Koan to help seed my yearly review as I use the tool to look back on my weekly accomplishments.

Pros

I can easily let my management chain know the status of my team's projects. I can quickly check how other teams are progressing. My group uses Koan to do a weekly update. All our quarterly objectives are tracked as well. We also use the tool to raise visibility on issues that may complicate next week's deliverables.

Cons

It works great for our use case. We don't use the Slack integration yet but I think I'd like it.
