"Transparent and easy OKR tracking"

**Pros:** Koan allows to simply track OKRs and regularly follow up on them. Weekly reflections create additional awareness. Cross-departmental transparency can be achieved easily.

**Cons:** Currently, it is not possible to clone an existing objective and key result to than adjust details, which is slightly annoying.

"A bit too heavy for us"

**Pros:** \- Their integrations to Jira and Slack were important for us. - Quite cheap considering what you get. - Helpful support team.

**Cons:** \- Overall a bit too heavy for us: Many functionalities, quite a bit to set up at the beginning.
