It has absolutely changed the way I think about modeling and sharing designs. Pros This software makes it easy to model and design in 3D, especially for beginners like me. They are willing to work with us with any idea or new feature we want to include. Since we have launched, we have introduced new features to our configurator that connect our audience more with our products. Rep and his team are willing to go above and beyond to be exceptional partners and there aren't many vendors that do this in today's marketplace. Pros The quality of our configurator is hands down the best that is available on the market today. We receive countless comments where users are blown away by the quality of the image they are able to download out of our virtual design tool. This frees our designers to work on product and process improvements without compromising our customers experience. As we move forward and have our entire product line available in the configurator we will be rolling the system out to our dealer network so they can create layouts with the customers directly. Pros Dealing with the team implementing our system was simple and straightforward. They were able to quickly assess our needs and were able to understand our particular requirements and tailor a solution for us. We had some very particular requirements in our layouts but the challenge was quite easily dealt with. They also use a simple portal for submitting requests and replies. This makes for easy tracking of communication when there are multiple people submitting requests and multiple developers submitting updates. Overall, the configurator proved to be quite adaptable and the team were quick to implement the requests put forward by our team. We are happy with our choice and plan to expand its use to a wider range of our products. Cons The cost to implement the configurator was high but relative to the difficulty that our requirements put on the developers and the speed that the systems was implemented it was reasonable.
