These customers often lacked data models in any traditional sense, and Anvizent made it a breeze to capture these disjointed data points, build out a database we could connect to, and empower the client with a custom AI application. Cons It would sometimes take an iteration or two to get data perfectly in the right format, but their team was always right there with any support needed. Pros Anvizent was easy to set up. We get dashboards with data each morning which facilitates decision making throughout the business. We use auto-emailing to a number of users. If we need help with a dashboard we just send an email to the support team who reply quickly. Cons It is slightly pricy so you need to ensure you make the most use of it within the business. Data which previously was segregated and could not easily be merged. We have quickly moved from using data to measure what we are doing well or where improvements can be made, to having data we can depend on, analyze the data and steer ourselves in directions where greater gains are made. In addition we can quickly identify key areas within our business that can negatively impact our operations and actually prevent them from happening. Pros We like ease in which we are able to provide data to all via reports and Dashboard visualizations. This can be done relatively quickly and the results have given great incite into our business at multiple levels. we are pleased with the results so far and the positive impact this software has had on all areas of the business. Cons Anvizent can offer far more than what we are using it for which time is a preventing factor. Understanding these features can prove testing but its really time that is needed to fully explore and understand. Reasons for choosing anvizent It is our understanding that Anvizent was developed around our ERP software so knew when the solution was implement the results would be instant and prove beneficial from the go live.
