Even as an entry-level employee I don't feel like I am out of the loop. Something as simple as accessing a client's picture is a nice perk I was not used to. Pros I was not familiar with Kipu when I started my new job, but it was very easy to pick up. The app is laid out in a very logical way that is easy for beginners to operate. Cons I haven't used Kipu long enough to find faults, mostly because it is such a great improvement over the system my previous company used. June 5, 2018 5.0 Kipu is the core resource in our office! Pros I use this software all day everyday and it never fails me. The layout is simple and thorough, easy to navigate and visually pleasing. I have recently started using the Reports feature and it has made gathering information much more efficient. It literally used to take me 1-2 hours to gather specific data that is now at my fingertips in a matter of seconds using their customized reports. Cons As a EMR I’m not crazy about the lack of functionality. I wish it worked with ease as some other EMRS it doesn’t help verify the insurance like some does and to help identify copays.
