Overall, I had a positive experience with Ease. Since it was my first exposure to the platform through my employer, there was a small learning curve at the beginning, but it quickly became easy to use. The system is organized, reliable, and makes benefit management much simpler. I would definitely feel comfortable using it again in the future. I especially appreciated how benefits are organized by category, making it easy to see my medical, dental, and vision coverage in one place, even when they come from different providers. The platform feels intuitive and makes managing benefits much easier.

Pros

My company introduced me to Ease, so it was my first time using the platform. I liked how easy it was to navigate once I got familiar with it. The layout is clean, and it made managing benefits and finding information much more convenient than I expected. Didn't have any security issue and I was able to get help from customer service staff when I had issues.

Cons

The biggest challenge was when I didn't know my company's specific URL or login link. It was a bit frustrating trying to figure out where to access the correct portal, especially as a first-time user. Once I had the right link, though, everything worked smoothly.

Enrollment in yearly benefits was a breeze with Ease! The various sections were well organized and clear to understand.

I had to go back multiple times to ensure my enrollment benefits were elected, and elected correctly.

Great. It’s takes a little time to get it setup but it’s worth it to have things done electronically as apposed to paper forms

Pros

Makes benefit enrollment easier and it has the ability to integrate with our payroll software which helps out a lot.

Cons

It does not send automatic enrollment emails to new hires so you still have to manually push those out.

Overall, Ease never has any technical issues or any other types of problems. Day to day, it makes managing our employee benefits plan much easier and it removes any room for error.

Pros

Ease is very straightforward and user friendly. Even without a tutorial, one can figure out how to carry out the main functions of the application.

Cons

There really aren't any big cons. If I am splitting hairs, I would say that accessing employee's enrollment forms could be slightly easier. When you are on the employee page and want to view the enrollment forms, you must create a report and then navigate to another page to view the forms.

Overall, Ease was good. There were a few features that we would have liked Ease to have but none were deal breakers.

Pros

Ease was simple and easy to use. Our admin team and employees had minimal issues making changes within the platform.

Cons

Ease had a lack of customizations and integrations available. We wanted the ability to integrate with all providers and payroll.

My overall experience with EASE has been amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever received a complaint from an employee in over 3 years. Very user friendly for administrators like myself and employees.

I really wanted to like this product because we are desperate for something that does what it does. But overall we've been very dissatisfied with the ease of use (haha) and lack of user-friendly nature.

Pros

It's a great idea but the site is clunky and not intuitive.

Cons

Even the brokers recognize how difficult it is to use. I've done it both way (through a broker and self serve) and even after months of use, it's still confusing and hard to navigate.

We've had our ups and downs with Ease, but we've stuck with them because it does store a lot of information that would be hard to more elsewhere. It's a good product.

Pros

I like that things have been moved to being digital instead of using paper. It saved time, money and effort.

Cons

There are some key items missing from Ease, but I'm sure they'd be easy to add on.
