Makes small business easier to manage. Cons The cost does add up after a while if Esty isn't your biggest selling marketplace. You can choose which items you want to promote. You can set the maximum you're willing to spend each day to promote your items. You have the ability to setup coupons and sales. Cons Not enough options. It would be nice to have some other ways to get your items out there. Promoting only works if they are looking for a specific item. I will definitely recommend this to others as well. Pros I like best that it allows me to manage all the social media accounts, make a schedule, and create custom reports. I can easily manage my entire catalog and focus on increasing the overall revenue of the business. Moreover, they provide one of the best chat and on-call support. They are always quick to respond and have always helped me solve my issues quickly everytime. Cons The user experience of the website and platform is not that intuitive. Pros Using this tool helped me gain insights into what keywords consumers were using to find my products and which ones actually converted them. I was able to easily set-up paid ads and track sales. Cons There could be additional functionality, but that is also said coming with a marketing background. My belief is that this​ tool is built for those with no experience, so it does the job. Pros My favorite feature of this software was the ability to bulk edit my pricing for hundreds of listings quickly and easily. I also liked being able to save all of my active listings. Bulk editing tags also came in handy. Cons The things I least liked about this software all stem from disliking changes Etsy has made. Etsy has forced sellers to lie and call shipping free and add it to the item price if they want to show up early in search results. This penalizes my customers who purchase multiple items and I’m not comfortable with that. This tool doesn’t work with other platforms, so as I pull away from Etsy it doesn’t help me. If you are starting out on Etsy, I would highly recommend this product to help you boost your Etsy marketing and sell with success. Pros The features I valued the most was the ability to market on multiple channels. Etsy will often recommend similar products at the bottom of the site with better pricing which often turns business away from your store. Being able to market on other channels allowed me a great advantage against that. I would still recommend ETSY to my friends and family. Pros I loved how I could upload several images for one product in order to showcase my handcrafted items. I also loved how there were different customizable options such as width, color, quantity, description etc. I also love the ETSY community and how we all could collaborate and share creative ideas. One last feature I really love is being able to go on "vacation mode". Cons When first creating my ETSY profile, I did have trouble with configuring the correct pixel size of my images. I love that I can turn all my photos into videos which help customers to see the product in a more live view. Cons Only thing I don't like is this should be free item to long time sellers. We pay a lot of fees and we also pay every time we upload a product unlike many other marketplaces.
