Pros: Customed solution with visual uploads

Cons: The implementation is not yet automated. It required a bit of time from our tech team.

Overall: With kaanjo we started to collect customer's reactions to engage with our audience and measure the quality of our content. We found out user we not willing to write comments (facebook comment plugin) but more open to engage with Kaanjo customer's reaction feature.

We like the customed option to upload our own visuals (emoji) and set our own campaign based on our needs.

Implementation fairly easy.
